After doing our research we found that ASAP's reputation and success in the credit repair industry to be the best when getting real results. Our credit repair consultant-Cindy has been nothing short of amazing. Cindy's knowledge of the process and her first class customer service has made us feel we made the right decision.
Cindy's ability to educate us in the process along with her sense of commitment to get the job done has made all the difference. Cindy and her team have been a life saver. We are a retired couple and at this time in our lives having the right team of people in your circle can make or break you . Cindy is one of those contacts everyone would benefit from. Was unable to remove any negatives from my consumer report. I also referred them to a friend and his results mimic the same, NOTHING!

For clarification purposes, I'm aware everyone's credit repairing process is different, but after paying this company and trusting them with my credit, nothing was done. Okay, maybe 1 single thing changed, but not $400 worth which is what I paid. Their communication was flawless and kept me updated, but I wasn't the best at keeping communication but they stayed on top of it. They gave mew suggestions to improve my credit which I very took into account but could 100% completely apply due to finances. It's been a few months since the last round and I haven't honestly had the opportunity to have a phone call with them about my complaints but I did email them about it. After my first round I didn't expect too much as information get verified often, but the 2nd dams results. Beyond disappointed and so frustrated as to how NOTHING was done to my credit, but instead they suggest their lawyers contact info to try to resolve my cases. Wasted months and the worse part is that I was recommended this from a family friend to improve my credit. My I wasn’t expecting an 800 credit score at the end of it all but at least a few accounts removed would’ve been nice instead I was given multiple excuses on why they couldn’t remove them.. professionals who do this very often and supposedly know the update hacks and tricks to credit repair. I heard of a few tactics from another credit repair, I should of just went with them but I have lost $400 or more which was honestly alot at the time, but I figured an investment for my future. The services weren't the money's worth. I don't think there's really anything more to talk about with the company and I am less than satisfied.

Horrible customer service! No follow through. Makes you get an credit monitoring account each month that they did not tell me about until after they collected the fee. We got nothing! They did not complete the 3rd cycle and did not remove anything from our credit! All of this over 1 bill and they could not even get this done!

This company straight scammed me out of $449 i been requesting my money back from the very beginning only to be told I had to wait until the process was over.. they managed to take 1 item off which returned immediately causing my credit score to drop 44 points!!!!! I spoke with just about every one in this company including the owner I cried and told them how disappointed I was and he did nothing!!! I reported this company to the (BBB )when I got on their site I seen many complaints about them ripping off customers!!! Now I know not to trust Google because they have fake reviews!!! So please donot make the same mistake I did I beg you to do your research! GOD BLESS
