Not happy right now. Still haven't received RMA for wrong ink accidently ordered. Tried to use the return process and haven't had any luck getting a response. Can't use what I have. Still trying.

I bought a cartridge refill for my HP Printer one time before and it worked fine, so this time I ordered a three pack and unfortunately none of them worked properly, I don't know how to contact them directly.

the web gave me some trouble, but when I called the office about my order the young man corrected the error without a hitch. Delivery was very quick and always has been. I think your crew work for the company hence I keep ordering from you...keep it up.

Great prices, good products and good delivery. I recently used a promotion code that stated "free delivery" in the email I received. But when I entered the promotion code, I did receive the product discount but was still charged a delivery fee. This has happened the last two times I tried to use ASAP Inkjets promotion coupons that stated "free delivery." I have brought this up with ASAP but they haven't fixed their sales software.

The products live up to expectations, the prices are most friendly, and the customer service -- whether on a technical matter or on an order -- has been superb. I have a bias... Superb company. Extensive inventory, extraordinary prices, free shipping, lightning delivery. I bemoan the days I spent small fortunes on cartridges in retail office supply stores, before I discovered ASAP Inkjets. I'm a customer for life.

I received my order in a timely manner. Thank you. However, the cartridges that I ordered last time did not work so at this time I am simply commenting on the delivery. When I find it necessary to insert the new cartridges, I will get back to you then as to the quality of the cartridges received.

Have used their inkjet product for years and am a very satisfied customer. Be sure to read instructions on ink packet if your HP printer considers the ink cartridge a 'foreign' product. Good product at a money saving price!

I have been buying my ink from ASAP Inkjets for the last 2 years. The product is great and so is the customer service.

I love the fast service and reliability of the generic ink. I would prefer to be able to buy a bundle of just black with out the colors as you go through black the most.

slow delivery ....amazon is better in delivery and price

Received order of ink in timely manner. Shipping tracking did not work. One of the inks leaked and one isn't recognized by the printer. Do not know what ASAP will do for me as this review came before they responded
haven't tried the rest of the cartridges yet. We will see.....
