been having trouble with my old ink cartridge. after filling it myself still didn't print well. skipped every third line. this one works great. I'll have more detail after I have to fill it. Thanks asap inkjets.

I ordered inkjet cartridges for my Cannon printer from ASAP. I mistakenly clicked the box for a "remanufactured" cartridge for the color one. On arrival, no magenta ink in the color one. After "LENGTHY" trouble shooting I called ASAP. I had to "jump through all kinds of hoops" and was then told my problem would be "expedited". THAT'S ALL! I exasperation, I disputed the charge and Master Card "immediately" gave me a permanent credit which I will make good to ASAP at least as quickly as they took care of my problem. I "eventually" got another cartridge, which SEEMS to work! Time will tell, and I am having to trust the factory black cartridge, as it's not ready to be replaced . Happy Camper----not quite!

Have used ASAP Inkjet cartridges for home office.They have proven to be of fairly good quality and long lasting. Worth the price.

Used ASAP's products for years. Whenever there has been a problem, after all the orders I have made it would be unreasonable to think there had NEVER been a problem, a phone call or email has righted that wrong immediately. All companies should operate in this manner putting the customer first, no excuses.

I've been buying inkjet cartridges from ASAP for a few years now. You can't beat their prices. Throw in free shipping and it's a no-brainer. I also have had nothing but good things to say about their customer service and returns. Yipped be a fool not to at least give them a try.

I thought the ink package was fairly priced. The ink arrived in a couple of days and the cartridges look and act just like the manufacturers high priced cartridges.
