These cartridges are just as good and do a comparable printing as the Canon cartridges I normally buy at Walmart at a much higher price. I will continue to use the ASAP cartridges as long as they suit my needs. Good savings!

I ordered toner and waited for a tracking number. It arrived several days later but did not link to any package. I called the company and Customer Service (CS) informed me the products were on backorder. I asked how I was able to have a tracking number for a package that contained backorder products and CS asked me to hold. Then I was told by CS the package was in transit but it would take 24 hours for the tracking info to be available. I informed CS that it had been over 48 hours. CS had no response. I informed CS that it had been nearly 2 weeks since my order and to please just credit my card since I no longer had time to wait. CS told me that it was not possible to do that and that I would need to receive the package then return it to them. CS also offered me 10% off my next order which I declined.
At that point, CS told me that in fact, I had to be home to sign for the package or it would be automatically returned. That was something I was not aware of, was not informed of and would have kept me from ever ordering. I was then informed by CS that it was my responsibility to keep track of my credit card statement to be sure the funds were returned after the package was sent back. But, since I am unable to track the package, have no idea if delivery has been attempted and doubt this company would actually be honest and return funds after the package makes its way back to them, I have written off this money for the moment and will wait 6 more weeks before filing a complaint with my credit card company.
Avoid this company.

No review yet almost a month and I haven't received it yet! The thing was from Ca. went to NJ, now in MO. since the 12th. coming back from across country to WA.

Easy site to understand, easy to place an order and to make a payment. But still waiting for ink...waiting for ink...waiting for ink. If this is the norm for your delivery I will not reorder.

I do thank ASAP Inkjets for restoring a damaged good that was damaged during delivery. Thank you.

Don't know what's wrong but will not work try everything on paper they send me can you tell me what's wrong

I like getting fast service with a low price. I was surprised to get the cartridge delivered so fast at no extra cost.

The cartridges were ready in five business day and none of that mess from the injection refill cap. Just replaced 3 cartridges today, its working like new.

I was very impressed with the ease of ordering, setting up an account, and quick delivery.

My order was easy to complete online. The fulfillment was handled quickly and efficiently. I received my order in a short time. My only gripe is a problem with my online account. My login has been locked and the password reset failed. My request to customer support was off the mark and ineffective. I suspect the support function is not being given the proper level of importance. It didn't work well for me.

I ordered ink cartridges for my printer - ordering was easy - they arrived VERY quickly. I have not used them yet, but the last order from the company worked out fine so I'm anticipating no problems.

Great price/ fast service

I went to the web site for my Epson printer and thought I ordered ink cartridges. When the package came it was bottles of ink which I cannot use. Now I am in the process of sending them back. This is the only time I have had bad service from this company.
