Great price, really quick shipping (despite advertising a few days of shutdown) and the lever is really smart - way better than the oem lever it’s replaced. So glad these guys have started up their own enterprise to continue supporting and developing some CRC legacy - here’s to their success 👍

Never received my order. DPD shows the shipment frozen in position for over 2 weeks.

Brilliant dropper posts! I bought two and had them both fitted and ready to ride in under half an hour. I had a small issue with my tracking link not updating, but customer service responded immediately and resolved everything. Fast, efficient, and a high-quality product. 5 stars!

Can’t recommend ascend components enough! Royal Mail left my parcel on the door step and when I come to get it it was gone, I filed a complaint with Royal Mail and then emailed ascend components about the issue, they were super apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault and they sent out a replacement the same day! Not only did they do this they also allowed me to swap it out after assisting me with seeing if I can fit the 200mm in my frame, this was all at no extra cost, they were super fast with responses and wanted to help me in anyway they could! Genuinely can’t recommend them enough and I won’t be buying dropper from anywhere else going forward! Once the dropper was installed I was absolutely mind blown as to how well it performed and how easy the installation was! If you’re on the fence about ordering one then don’t be, just click that purchase button! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

Bought my son a full‑sus mountain bike and wanted to upgrade it with a dropper post. Ascend stood out for value, but I didn’t yet have the bike measurements needed for their sizing tool. Their support team replied almost immediately with the exact options and a clear recommendation.

Great value for money, works perfectly

Ordered brake pads and valves. Very efficient process and was notified of Order status. Order came in less than 48 hrs. Highly recommend brake pads and valves work great.

Arrived at the Ascend Components via a recco from SPA Cycles, as I sought to resolve a Fork and Headset compatibility problem - Their mix and match sets of components were a treat to use, beautifully made, fitted perfectly and importantly were accurately described with dimensions etc. Consequently, all went together as it should - Thanks to British made engineering :-))

5 star doesn’t do this dropper post justice, excellent build quality, smooth action and delivery was within 48 hours

Just thought I’d give an update on how good this product is, been using this for a good few months and it is the best dropper post fitted to all my bikes. Went for a longer dropper length and it makes it easier riding position when up but drops completely out of the way on the downhill.

We have two Ascend dropper posts, one with an internal cable, and one with an external cable routing. They are both fantastic, well designed, well built and work really well.

The older one of the two has been bullet proof and gets well tested by my 13 year old son who is always on his bike.

We had a small issue with a cable on the newer post. I got in touch with Ascend for some advice and they instantly got back to me and offered to sort the problem.

This was done extremely quickly. You really can’t beat their product or customer service and I would recommend the dropper posts to anyone.
