Great communication when DHL was being hopeless. A nice change from most companies who just let you deal with the courier's own customer services.

Same price as all the other online retailers (controlled by the manufacturer I expect), but with a faster expected delivery, good reviews so went with them. Hollie kept me informed of progress of the order throughout, (not sure if she was human or an automated system), Bike arrived within the expected time frame. Will be happy to use Wind wave again in the future.

To be absolutely honest from pressing to buy button it was plain sailing . Brilliant customer service the my bike the transition trans am , is even better to look and ride than the pics gave it justice . Well done windwave . I'll be buying from you again

Excellent service from Windwave. I made an enquiry about the very new BBB Corecaps, and received a rapid reply. The item appeared on the website next day, I ordered them straightaway, and received them 2 days later. -

Easy ordering process but absolutely no tracking information provided. 5 days after dispatch I still had no package and no idea what was happening or who the package was being shipped with. Contacted windwave who came back to me a couple of days later. My package arrived the same day. They said I should have had text and email updates from DPD and would take it up with them. This highlighted that there is clearly a flaw in their shipping processes that need addressing. The good were as described so happy with that.
