I completed an ADI-R with Anthony Cummings to support my brother’s assessment. I was incredibly impressed with Anthony’s professionalism, compassion and approach to the video call. Initially planned as a 2 hour call, we went to 3.5 hours as Anthony wanted to ensure that he had all the necessary information needed to take to the MDT for discussion and potential diagnosis. He was thorough, flexible and sought clarification where needed. Anthony - thank you!

I had my autism assessment with Anthony Cummings at ASD360, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better assessor. He was so patient, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process feel much less daunting.

Because of the way Anthony conducted the assessment, I was able to relax and just be myself. We even had a few laughs along the way, which really helped put me at ease.

The whole team at ASD360 kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly at every stage, and made sure I always knew what to expect.

I would highly recommend ASD360 to anyone considering an autism assessment, and I can't recommend Anthony highly enough. Thank you for making what I thought would be a stressful experience feel so comfortable and supportive.

Anthony was absolutely incredible, kind, patient and beyond thorough. We had 3.5 hours of assessments with both my parents present as they are elderly so I thought best I do it too. As already had my own interview assesment a few weeks ago.
I have also had my son diagnosed with a different provider and they were no way near as thorough as asd360. Thank you Anthony for your care, detail and professionalism. Always smiling . I did an assessment for my daughter the gentleman who took the assessment was so lovely he put me at my ease and went above and beyond when I had technical problems so I could still do it so thank you so much

From the start, communication has been clear. I was informed the referral had been received and given an approximation of how long we would likely be waiting to reach the next stage. Once we reached the next stage, I was able to submit evidence online and complete a thorough forms of information for the team to consider. After this was completed, further evidence forms were provided online in time for our then scheduled first meeting - online between Laurie (Autism practitioner) and my daughter. I stayed for the session but was asked not to speak in order for them to get a clear understanding of my daughter’s communication difficulties. This made perfect sense to me for my daughter as it prevented me from speaking for her or filling in the silences as I often do for her in social situation.

We had phone calls about the first online session as a reminder in the lead up and also had booked the parent part of the process to be carried out a couple of weeks after this session.

The parent part was thorough and Marie was fantastic both listening and asking further questions for clarity.

Everyone I have spoken to via email (before my referral was given through GP and right to choose), to those on the end of the phone have been nothing but positive and helpful. Responses are always quick and reduce stress of what can feel quite daunting.

My daughter was able to take part in her session as she was provided with enough information to know what to expect from the session and was met with kindness and patience. I felt able to talk freely without judgement during the session I had with Marie regarding my daughters early years, her needs/ experiences and discussions around the difficulties my daughter faces.

I would highly recommend ASD360 and their supportive team regardless of the outcome of the report. I knew that however our result came back that it was a thorough assessment. For us, we have now been able to schedule a further appointment to go through the report which was sent out when I was told it would be and provided clear information which I can pass on to those who will need to support my daughter at school with her autism diagnosis.

Between submitting my RTC referral and being offered an assessment was just over two months, which I found to be reasonably quick.

I feel the assessors were thorough and patient. I was seen Eunice and Sophie initially and then the feedback session was with Bryan who was also pleasant.

There were lots of delays that required chasing throughout the process, which caused much frustration on my part.

That said, I feel pleased that so much alternative evidence was requested and reviewed, in light of not having any family members to support childhood evidence, as it makes me feel confident that they care about reaching the correct outcome rather than handing out a diagnosis to everyone.

I would recommend Autism360 as a provider, but just be prepared to have to chase for the next steps at times.

It was good to talk face to face and not feel rushed , we went well over the planned time allocated but this was not a problem.
I was given clear information about the next steps and what to expect.
It was very relaxed and actually felt like a positive therapy experience being able to talk through things.
Also really good that I could do it on a Saturday

I recently took part in an informant interview as part of a close and long time friends Autism assessment. I met with Anthony and he immediately put me at ease. He acknowledged that informant assessments usually involve a parent /carer of the individual being assessed, but worked very hard to relate it to my relationship and the unique nature of my input.

Anthony was kind and compassionate, and took care to check his understanding of my answers was accurate. He didn't rush and allowed ample time to explore observations and responses. I felt confident that the assessment was as robust as it could be in the circumstances.

Anthony also helpfully explained the next steps in the assessing process, including quality assurance checks and the final panel discussion of evidence.

Although I have no experience of other aspects of ADHD 360 assessments and wider process, I was very happy with the overall experience.

I was hesitant to proceed with the assessment for my son because of past experiences with Autism 360. I had a letter in the post as a reminder to proceed forward with the assessment. I'm so glad I did, everything makes more sense now. There is a huge depth of knowledge and experience, the assessment retorts are detailed. Life changing, thank you Autism 360

This "free" test is not free and that is 10 minutes of my life I will never get back. Dont scam people suffering from mental health please.

Honestly I can’t thanks Autism 360 staff enough. They were quick to arrange an appointment for my little boy and promptly met with us the begin his assessment. They were attentive to his needs and we felt heard and supported. We now understand how to support him better. Natasha was absolutely brilliant with him. Thank you autism 360 we can move on without being sat on a NHS wait list for several years

I highly recommend autism 360 to anyone who is considering getting a diagnosis. My daughter has recently been assessed and diagnosed with autism and we both cannot praise Marie enough, who led my daughter’s assessment . She was very understanding and made my daughter feel at ease and able to answer the questions with support, even when she got tearful and overwhelmed. The whole process from start to finish was very thorough. We as a family can now move forward with positivity and get the right balance that my daughter needs. Thank you Marie. High praise.

Lightning fast time between submitting the paperwork and getting a portal login. Appointment scheduled for a week after the paperwork completion. Incredible assessors made us very comfortable and kept us informed. Marie and Louiscia not only saw through my child’s adhd and masking behaviours, but Marie has gone above and beyond to make sure her report clearly outlines my son’s presentation. Highly recommend and I will be forever grateful.

Each step & section explained well.
