I placed an order which was due to be…

I placed an order which was due to be delivered today between 11-12am. Apparently according to the online shopping customer service the driver states he arrived at 11:15 and just waited as no one came he just left at 11:24. He did not even press the bell for the concierge to let him in. Then cancel the order. What sort of service is this? I looked at all the tracker at 11:30 to find out my order had been cancelled. What is the point of customers placing their contact details on online shopping account if no one bothers to call if there’s a problem?
There is a 24-hour concierge and a telephone number to contact. You have to press the bell in order for the concierge to let you in. Not sit outside, like an ice cream van, waiting for customers!

Just don't Tesco is much better or Ocado

The worst ever I ordered beef they delivered pork , they chose a sugar free juice when I wanted sugar , ice cream they gave me yogurt, chicken drumsticks they gave me chicken breast. Basmati rice they gave me easy cook rice I still paid delivery fee for 4 items which were correct is there an option for 0000zero star

Would give no stars if i could. All customer services are abroad and the most rude, ignorant and unhelpful people to exist. The website is appalling.
I have spent two hours today trying to do a click and collect .
Verified my payment on my bank app …then Asda just goes round and round and wont take the payment.
Ring up and after having the phone put down on me …7 TIMES .
ITS A WELL KNOWN ISSUE AND THEY CANT FIX IT.
HOW THE HELL DO YOU DO AN ORDER THEN ??!??
THEY ONLY SELL ONE THING I WANT OTHERWISE I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THIS AWFUL SUPERMARKET.
EVEN THE STAFF THAT WORK THERE WHEN YOU GO ARE TOTALLY UNHELPFUL, ASK THEM FOR SOMETHING AND YOU GET SIGHED AT BECAUSE ITS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.

I am totaly disgusted with Asda ! Lousy service, too may substitutes, makes me soooooo angry !The site is disgusting, what a mess, cant change delivery date. George clothing disgusting as well, cant even get on the site due to nightmare with password. Still just means i spend my money elsawher. Asdas loss ! Wake up Asda or you will go BUST. Will leave and shop elsewhere, serves Asda right, its all their fault !😥

Thinking seriously about…poor servive

Thinking seriously about defecting...website is dire saying cannot change slot...been like this for weeks on end...and doesn't update on time of delivery. I am disabled so makes this a lot harder for me.Last week the driver had to phone me and I had to phone him back twice...they need to get their act together from start to finish!!!

Normally deliveries are okay, substitutions are acceptable and any issues are sorted....
Saturday, because of the bad weather our food delivery would be delivered the next day at the same booked slot/time. No problem, I wouldn't have wanted to drive in that weather either. The next day comes, no email, text or anything else to say anything had changed. 7pm (the latest delivery time for our slot) comes and goes. Call ASDA, store is shut, no info regarding delivery, all they can do is cancel the order and provide a refund in a few days.
So now we are left with no food for the kids packed lunches in the morning, too late to go shopping and no money to go shopping until refunded anyway! Disgusting (lack of) service.

An extremely good experience today.
I was very pleasantly surprised at Asda Hadenwick Swindon.
I called for help and got more than I bargained for, the gentleman I spoke with was on it like a car bonnet!! I didn’t even need to ask for the support he gave he offered to do it, he communicated with the team I needed help from and they were immediately able to manage the situation we had found ourselves in. I really couldn’t believe the swift and human way the gentleman I spoke with was able to just deal with the situation!! I was humbled and extremely grateful for him and his team today, made me wish more people were like him and had his attitude towards resolving situations! It felt so realistic, human kindness was just so truly displayed and I can only thank him and his team by making my gratitude public.
Many many thanks for your help today Hadenwick Asda.

Disgusting, I would leave zero score of I could

I would leave zero score of I could. I'm a coeliac and vegetarian and had food substitutes that contained gluten and meat rendering me unable to eat and having to go out and spend money I don't have buying food for myself. Won't use ever again!

Dies asda train it's staff to be morons if you a delivery all the stuff is damaged out of date or missing if you go in the shop no tills working shelfs empty and then you get 3 stroppy confused looking women talking to each other and when you ask for help they just look and continue to talk it's got to be the worst supermarket I now use sainsburys better quality products and much nicer staff

Honestly I am fed up with Asda and…

Honestly I am fed up with Asda and constantly letting me down with my grocery deliveries for the most stupid reasons, it’s not the odd time now it’s constant! The latest one being ‘there was a glitch in the system’ well that glitch still took my money, the worst part is them leaving you without the groceries and without the money to replace the groceries for up to 5 days, this should not be allowed!!!!! Luckily I am in a position to re buy from somewhere else, not everyone has that luxury!!! Change the way you work Asda, either up your game or get money back to customers the same day

First time using ASDA online - big let down.

First time using ASDA online. Many errors. Cut off 6 times by customer service. Promised a £10 voucher by one customer service representative who then cut me off and the next one I reached would not offer the voucher. I ordered a Roku Box and only used ASDA because they said it was available in store but when I go there they did nit have it so i drove an hour for no reason.

Will not be using Asda again

I have been using Asda delivery service and some of their other services for a number of years and over those years the services have had a slow decline, which seems to have speeded up this year. I have now given up with Asda and will no longer be using any of their services. this is no reflection on the staff as they have all been courteous and polite.

Not just awful service - Asda spies on you

Just try to forget the truly awful delivery service; forget the damaged goods and ludicrous replacements, forget that their software does not work, even forget they scam you when you make returns and refund less than the price charged (always check every item), but consider that their emails contain what is effectively spyware - secretly obtaining personal information about you such as the date and time you open their mail, your location, phone or computer device, even the software you use - all without your knowledge or consent (required by law). This is not just bad service, it is unethical and amoral and I will never trust them in any way.

Never using Asda Groceries service again

The driver didn't give me all of my items and had gone before I realised £10 box of Cola cans was missing. Unable to request a refund as Asds have decided I have had too many refunds and can't get through to anyone. With Regards to previous refunds if you sent in date produce or all the items were there I would not need a refund.

Asda has been taking the monthly fee…

Asda has been taking the monthly fee for a delivery pass that was set to ‘do not renew’. Despite this, they still renewed it! After a lot of difficultly I managed to speak to someone who apparently raised a complaint for me. I was supposed to get an email within 48 hours - that was two weeks ago! Since that I have found it impossible to speak to anyone! I want a refund of all the monthly fees, but have no idea how to go about this as I can't get to speak to a real person! 😡
