Sadly didn’t read reviews before ordering online.
Went to the shop in Lincoln and required some more hand cream. Purchased but has not arrived. No response to email sent.

Haven’t received my order. Emailed to enquire and have not received a response at all. Very unimpressed.

Items not delivered. Attempted to contact via email but had no response.
Very poor service and no way of getting my money back either.
I had visited the shop prior to buying online, lovely friendly staff in the shop, seems all very fake now! PLEASE AVOID BUYING ONLINE 🚨

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! This is a rogue company. Take your money for online orders, and don’t send them out. Invalid phone number. Do not respond to emails. Reported to trading standards. Can everyone else do the same. Citizens advice consumer helpline - 08082231133

I ordered several items from them on their website on the 31/12/24. I still haven’t received my items, now being 8/02/25. I’ve called, left voicemails, emails and messaged on Facebook to no avail. I’d like a reply or a way to refund my money as there is no option anywhere for this. £30 taken off me for nothing in exchange! It’s a shame as I’ve been to the shop in Lincoln and absolutely loved it with lovely friendly staff, just a shame really.

Ordered oils in December never received anything... money taken and after e nails phone calls and messages had absolutely no reply !! No product received and no communication!!! Why would you ask for a review knowing you had not fulfilled the order but taken the money from me !?
Appalling... Be aware !!!

I can't vouch for online orders, but the shop on Steep Hill is lovely. The owner places tester handcreams on the wall outside the shop, which we duly tested and went about our business. The warming handcream smells so amazing that we popped back to purchase it. I suspect we may be back on our next visit to Lincoln.

Ordered oils at end of November. Never arrived it just says being dispatched. The telephone number is out of order. So bought from them at a fair last year but think they've gone just. Bad that they are still taking orders online and taking people's money!!!!

I ordered some essential oils on 21/11/2024, received acknowledgment of my order then nothing. Having received no further notification of dispatch I emailed the company twice, and received no response, tried phoning the number on website and this comes up as incorrect number. Have now contacted my bank to try and recover my payment. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend this company. Only gave one star because there was no lower option.

Company cancelled my order with no reason provided.

I have bot received the items I ordered on 16th October, I tried phoning but the number was unobtainable, I emailed you, but no response, am I to assume you've ceased trading! Your website is still advertising items for sale, now I've received this email. What's going on, I want my money back. A very unhappy customer. Action required immediately.

I ordered my item 10 days ago and I still haven’t received it. I have emailed the company to ask for an update 3 days ago and haven’t received a reply. Very poor service.

Update: having now read the recent reviews for this company, I see that there are major issues. Will be seeking a chargeback through my bank as I paid by debit card. Suggest others do the same.

Item did not arrive and no response to email chase and their telephone number is not in service.

No item or refund therefore I would consider this a scam company. Avoid!

What a lovely product the bad reviews in here is false information the product is so nice the aromas are calming and wondrous I had a lovely massage with the oil and feel all dreamy the staff were so nice I honestly would give a 6 out of 5 if I could these items are better then any supermarket buys and pharma. Natural and clean the skin feels amazing .

I still haven't received the products. I haven't had any delivery instructions. The shop in Lincoln has been closed every time I've tried to call in. Hence the poor review.

Do not recommend, as I'm not sure if this company is genuine? I emailed 3 times to get an update saying I didn't receive my order which I purchased on 22nd July and I didn't get a response.

I bought a lamp from this company on 18th May and still haven't received it as of 6th June so I am baffled as to why they're asking me to review their company considering they've taken my money and given me nothing in return... I have emailed their email address — no reply. This morning, I tried the business number listed on their website and heard a recorded message saying 'this party cannot receive calls from this location'. I am in the UK so it's a bit baffling. I wouldn't normally give a bad review like this but I am hoping it will get the company's attention and I will either get my lamp or a refund!
