Big businesses could learn a lot from Ashdown gaming. Great to deal with, highly recommended

Ordered from ashdown gaming after another company let me down on a present for my son, wow it’s like day and night between the two companies, great service the owner Pete contacted me and kept me informed all the way through from ordering to delivery I would highly recommend and will be using ashdown gaming again can’t thank them enough for the great service and communication.
Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a great new year, you have a customer for life and I will be spreading the word.

Great speedy service, thanks.

Piece of cake. Ordered on line for in store collection, had a confirmation then an email once the store reopened to tell me it was ready for collection.
As easy as it can be :-)

Absolutely flawless. Communications were excellent and the book was a little late but that was due to the post office and NOT the shop. Fantastic book as described. Will use again.

Great price, fast turnaround.
Will be using again.

Preorder was sent out to arrive on day of release which is always nice but Royal Mail strikes have caused a delay. Not ashdowns fault as always both the prices and service are outstanding.

Great online service and shop!... Visited the shop to collect after having ordered online and was very impressed!

Brilliant shop!!! Never seen a range of paints like it. Plenty of 40k stuff however dose not stock my gaming system, but my order was in within a week. I can ask no more. Will use the store again. I have recommended it to friends.

Delivery was really quick, my order turned up just a couple of days after I ordered it. I e-mailed with a question and they got back to me straight away and were really helpful.
