We had 3 agents, including Ashton Reeves, value our property and charmed by the higher valuation of another agent (also by the number of branches they had) we went on the market with them.

A few weeks and no viewings later the instructed agent's advice was to reduce, instead we instructed a second agent who, only a week after instruction, advised the same.

Turns out we should have just listened to the honest valuation Ashton Reeves gave us at the beginning - Ashton Reeves were happy to put our property on their books and within a couple of weeks we had an offer agreed and now sold.

They saved the chain and thanks to them we didn't lose our new home.

Having had some terrible experiences with Agents in the past, Aston Reeves managed to restore faith that there are still incredibly professional agents out there. Their prompt and informative replies to all questions sprinkled with charm and good humor made, what is usually a daunting experience, a real pleasure. Somehow they made my little one-bed lettings deal feel like a key account for them, breaking away from the industry norm that Tenants are a dime a dozen and it is only the Landlords that matter. Be sure to make Aston Reeves your first port of call if you are looking in the area.

Appointment at 11 guy agent come at 11.30 after so many calls and he don't have any information stand like lemon bad experience not this agent again

We have a dog and in the area we wanted to rent a flat was very difficult to find pet friendly accommodation.‭ Fortunately we have found this agency, where they were helpful and with friendly approach they helped us find our new home. A communication was quick, and all the paperwork was done for us. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Ashton Reeves were very good at keeping me in the loop with the move in process and were honest about delays and obstacles with referencing etc. Communication was regular and refreshingly not full of the duplicitous platitudes estate agents normally throw at you in place of honest conversation. They were professional throughout and minimised delays where they occurred. It felt like they understood the stress of moving and were keen to do their job well.
