Genuinely great service, I had a number of queries around the apartment and every time they got back to me promptly, and the team went the extra mile to help me to move in smoothly.

Ashton Reeves provide a reliable service, they keep you well informed about their steps which is reassuring. These guys don't cut corners and give the best advice. I have been with Ashton Reeves for a number of years and they always provide the highest level of service. I have a small portfolio of properties which they manage. They have always been helpful with giving advice and being transparent. They are always prompt in communicating any issues that may occur and very helpful in resolving them. Ashton Reeves weren’t our first choice when we chose to enquire about our property which was marketed by another (big) agent as well as Ashton Reeves.

This (big) agent practically gave us the cold shoulder and we were made to feel like we had done something wrong by enquiring about a property more than £500k for whatever reason (maybe they thought we didn’t look the type to afford it).

Having no luck, my wife found that Ashton Reeves had the same property advertised so we approached them.

The difference was unbelievable. From the first point of contact right up until we got our keys; Ashton Reeves we’re friendly, welcoming, and so professional. The service we received is probably one of the best services we’ve received from any company.
