Best service I ever received

I applied for a loan with Aspire Money and the service was great from completing my application online right through the agent assisting me on a phone call. They were so understanding and took my situation into consideration when they were speaking to me. I recommend their services to everyone that's looking for a loan.

Do not give these scammers your details.

I was recommended to try these after a loan enquiry on my credit score website, so I followed the link, and put in all my details, email, and phone number, AspireMoney connected to my bank, and then I was offered 1 very poor option, I just left the site. Roughly 2 hours later, I received 1 spam email and 2 scam calls from the usual scammers, 1 claiming to be from "debt solutions" and the other claiming to offer a government-backed scheme, both of which hung up when I questioned things. This company sells on your information. Before I applied, I hadn't had a scam call in months.

It came up through my credit report…

It came up through my credit report agency which made me feel it would be trustworthy as they did business with them. All they do is collect your details and then you get hundreds of down calls within seconds of clicking. Seriously so not give these people your details.

Agree with all of the reviews. When checking if I’d been accepted for a loan, I hadn’t actually read into the reviews, it popped up on clearscore. Put in my details and immediately got a bad feeling. The second it came up ‘approved’ they then called me twice on the same number, and their calls literally overlapped eachother. They are claiming to have a branch in my city which they do not. Will be locking my credit report, and reporting this to my banking team as clearly nothing but a scam

Well was going to apply as they popped up on clearscore , end of application enter your bank details , nobody enters bank details without knowing what your getting had a read on trustpilot and theres the big red flag i have asked clearscore why they are promoting scammers

Complete wast of time , suprised still in business

Don’t bother using these out you on to products like a current account where you pay high monthly fee . When you can get current account for free

AVOID - DO NOT USE

Got a call from an off shore company in South Africa - called aspire and it was part of them! Dodgy as hell wanting details - couldnt give me a straight answer to anything.
CLOSE DOWN ANY ACCOUNTS WHERE ASPIRE MONEY IS OFFERED AS AN OPTION.
DODGY AT BEST, SCAMS AT WORST.

Just a company who sells your details on to the call centre spammers claiming to be debt centre management or some different name next week .
Will always change their number

Customer Support is NOT customer Oriented

I received a credit offer for this card in the mail. Decided to accept it despite the poor reviews. I am rebuilding my credit so I felt it would be a good resource to help in that regard. Plan to pay in full monthly any purchases made so I made some charges to the card. I sent a full balance payment from one of my wife's accounts. The payment was returned, after speaking to the bank they didn't honor it because they didn't recognize the new payee and it needed to be personally authorized as most banks do nowadays. I logged into the acct and noticed; I had no available credit. As a result of the return, Aspire closed my account without notice. Rep said account was being closed due to returned payment. I explained, he said he would reactivate, and it would be usable within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs it wasn't so I called again. I was told the acct is permanently closed, information I was provided was wrong. My wife and I use the same bank for our Chase Sapphire/PNC bank credit cards payments without issue. Despite, in my opinion, a logical explanation they refused to consider reactivating the acct. Brief experience with this card company but I would warn to be cautious!
