Terrible customer care
Wouldn’t normally leave bad reviews but had a pretty bad experience with Aspire. Bought an ottoman bed with mattress included through Argos. The base was fine but the mattress was really uncomfortable, very poorly made and flimsy with loose threads, and noisy springs. It was bought for my adult daughter who has back trouble, so after my daughter & myself speaking to them on a few occasions- having to send in photos and passing the buck to Argos, I found them to be very uncaring and unhelpful. All I was asking was if I could pay extra to exchange the mattress for something better ( which you’d think they’d be fine with) but it was declined and all they would offer was to swap the mattress for exactly the same (!!) or we’d have to send the whole offer back to them- obviously totally impractical. I’ve now had to purchase another mattress elsewhere as wouldn’t have any trust in this company now :(

Excellent quality and very comfortable mattress.
Excellent quality mattress, extremely comfortable and I sleep soundly since I’ve had it. So pleased with it, easy to order online and it’s exactly how it was described. Good correspondence regarding delivery, I left in 3 days after unwrapping to allow the mattress to fully expand. Would be happy to recommend, good price and quality product.

Quick delivery, excellent product, would use again
Quick delivery (although delivery driver only thought he was delivering a mattress until I questioned him) - bed is excellent quality and good value - found assembly a little tricky, maybe assembly instructions could be improved. Overall very happy and would use again.

Ordered a mattress via ebay on 4/8/26. As of today 8/8/26 I still have had no notifications of despatch or estimated shipping days. I've emailed them directly and asked for an estimated shipping/delivery date...I would expect to have recieved some kind of email acknowledging my payment and order before today. I'm cancelling and going elsewhere

We are sorry to read about your experience and were keen to investigate the concerns you have raised. However, despite requesting further information, nothing has been received, therefore we are unable to identify or even verify the order in this review.
As the order was reportedly placed through eBay, we require some basic order information, such as the eBay order number, customer name or delivery postcode, to establish whether the purchase was fulfilled by Aspire and to investigate what happened.

Ordered through the range, great service, speedy delivery, came much quicker than advertised. Medium Firm, maybe more on Firm, but after a few weeks, its become so comfortable and brilliant temperature control through the evening.

Save Yourself a Lot of Pain - Avoid Aspire!
Cannot recommend.
Ordered a mattress on 17th July. Despite an email from Aspire saying shipped on the 21st July, it wasn't actually collected from them by thier couriers (DX) until a week later. It never arrived with me and the tracking on DX website showed a never ending loop of 'scanned at depot' updates but never out for delivery. At the time of writing the latest depot scan was Maidstone in Kent (where it has now been sat for a week). It was originally sat in the Nottingham depot, so it has now ventured South! I live in Derbyshire, so work that one out.
Anyway, despite several emails to Aspire customer service which were never replied to, I called them for a refund. A week later, still nothing, no refund, no comms.
So at the time of writing this review, no mattress, no refund, radio silence!
They also preach the line 'will we refund you when the goods are back with us'. Well, I suggest they need to read the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I never had the goods to return, they need to take that up with DX, my contract is with Aspire and they have failed to provide my goods, the contract is void and the refund should be processed immediately. Reading other reviews, the withholding of funds seems a common trick with this company.
So, to conclude. I think they like to divert blame from them and blame DX but I'm not so sure. I think Aspire are geared up as a wholesale outfit and prioritise orders to the big retailers such as Argos. If, as the website states they build beds to order, I think they are constantly juggling limited stock. I think, somewhere in the system, my direct order was 'top trumped' and they attemped to have it redirected to honour an Argos etc. order as obviously you don't want to upset the big boys. If you read other reviews here, people often say that goods arrived in tatty boxes or look like returned items, so it does make you wonder what's going on.
So, do yourself a big favour and pay just a little bit more and shop elsewhere. Aspire prices seem very good but remember, sometimes things are too good to be true.

Avoid two damaged mattresses delivered. Completely unprofessional business.
I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. Avoid! Do not use this company! Unprofessional! Delivered two damaged mattresses. To make matters worse their financial conduct is utterly unacceptable. Received an email confirming a refund which was supposed to clear today. When I called today I was disgusted to find out that the refund had not been processed. If I had not chased up the company would have just kept my money without a second thought. Now being forced to wait until next week to get money back. Unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy business. Leave you with no product and hold your money. Do not waste your time or money dealing with them.

Having reviewed the circumstances surrounding your order and subsequent complaint, we completely understand your frustration at receiving not one, but two mattresses that had unfortunately sustained damage during transit. This is certainly not the experience we would want any of our customers to have, and we apologise for the considerable inconvenience this caused.
Following the second delivery, you understandably decided that you no longer wished to receive a further replacement and requested that your order be refunded. We acknowledge that an error was made when processing your refund and, as a result, it was not actioned when originally promised.
For this, we offer our sincere apologies. This was our error, and we fully accept responsibility for it.
When you contacted us again, the mistake was identified, explained and corrected, and your refund was processed. Unfortunately, once a refund has been submitted, the time taken for the funds to appear back in an account is determined by the banking and payment processing system and will typically take between 3 and 5 working days. We appreciate that this additional wait is particularly frustrating given that you had already expected to have received your refund.
We would, however, like to reassure you regarding the suggestion that Aspire intended to retain your money. This was categorically not the case. The delay resulted from a processing error, and once identified, the refund was actioned. Your complaint was also formally registered and escalated to a senior member of our Customer Service team.
We are equally disappointed that both mattresses reached you damaged. Although the damage occurred during the delivery process, we recognise that you purchased your mattress from us and that ultimately it is the overall experience that matters to you as our customer.
Mistakes can unfortunately occur, but when they do, our responsibility is to acknowledge them, correct them and identify what can be done to prevent them from happening again. In this instance, we have done exactly that and will use your experience to support further training and improvements within our processes.

I bought this mattress about 5 weeks…
I bought this mattress about 5 weeks ago and i have to say from my first look at it i thought it looked like the one I had already then I put it on the bed how wrong was i the first night I went to bed thinking it was going to be as every night uncomfortable and wake up several times and get up with a back pain I infected slept all night and woke up pain free a fantastic product

Bought this after a long time looking…
Bought this after a long time looking at it, and very glad I did. I always use paper instructions but having access to video assembly instructions came in useful.
The bed looks great when assembled and is sturdy. The supporting legs in the centre of the base of the frame provides greater stability, and the safety arm for when accessing the storage gives peace of mind.
Very pleased with purchase.
