Really good advice from assist mobility. I ordered the byACRE and it had been brilliant for me. So light but stable and can carry it with one hand while climbing stairs. I came in a matter of days with plenty of information about delivery. Very friendly and helpful advice on the phone line which helped with my decision

Ordered a rollator which turned out to be out of stock. A very personable and professional team member from customer services phoned me to tell me this, discussed options and recommended an alternative rollator. I opted for the alternative, it was delivered 48 hours later and was better than the original I had selected. The perfect buying experience.

Cancelled order with no explanation or email follow-up, online chat ignored! Their website doesn't allow purchasers who need mobility walkers for their parents without (not) claiming VAT back! Why is this?

I am thrilled with my Carbon Ultralight Rollator, that I received recently.I chose the champagne gold colour and I love it.I am able to walk round my local shopping centre with ease, which I’ve not been able to do for a while, it is also easy to fit in my car.
