Wouldn't bother! Don't stick to their own rules let alone anyone else's.

Didn't send us a reminder that the policy was due for renewal therefore they didn't receive confirmation that we did/did not want this cover. Meaning that the cover should have carried on 'ensuring no gap in cover'. However, when my husband phoned to ask for someone to come and look at our washing machine they told us the policy was no longer in place!!

Also slightly confused as to why 13 payments came out of our bank account when you would only expect 12 for a yearly policy. Oh, unless of course the cover was still in place.

Exceptional customer service
My tumble dryer drum broke and the engineers came at a convenient time for me, and also quickly to replace my drum free of charge. The engineers and customer service ladies are very nice and chatty, they always satisfy my requests.
