I've received a response within the same day for every email I've sent - much better than some companies who leave you waiting days or weeks!

My fridge freezer went wrong over Christmas and nearly cost me a lot of money, but thankfully because I had cover already assureguard was able to give me a replacement literally the next day. Really happy with the service.

I spoke to customer service on Christmas Eve and was pleased the company stays open over the Christmas period. They booked an engineer for my washer to come this friday. He was very efficient, I’ve had the part ordered and customer service have updated me every step of the way.

I had recently had an amazing experience. I reached out for assistance. They took the time to understand my concerns and provided clear and helpful solutions. It’s refreshing to see a company that values its customers!

The experience I had with this company was extremely excellent. They helped me from the start to finish and I felt really comfortable dealing with them. I highly recommend them to everyone! 10/10!
