Louise did a great job of making my son feel comfortable and reassured when he had his ears waxed. He had two very large plugs of wax removed and was really pleased with how much clearer his hearing felt afterwards.
I chose this centre because, as a healthcare professional myself, I wanted to know that he would be seen by another healthcare professional. Many of the high-street brands offering earwax removal are not staffed by HCPs, so this was particularly important to me.
Louise was professional, kind and reassuring throughout, and I would definitely recommend the service.

Aston Hearing are highly professional and extremely kind and sympathetic. They managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment before seeing a consultant and advised me to have a wax removal appointment before the hearing test to make sure the hearing test was not impeded. Again, they went out of their way to fit me in for this appointment. Chloe the Audiologist listened carefully to my history and sent my report directly to my consultant in advance of my appointment with him. I felt reassured during my visit and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been a patient with Aston Hearing for 5 years+, and have always found them to be very professional, courteous and helpful.
Yesterday I attended the Thame office to talk with Jenny about a problem with one of my ears.I was advised that I needed some ear wax removed but the Thame branch could not do it the same day, but was asked to leave the problem with her and she would contact me.
About 30 minutes later I got an appointment at the Princes Risborough location and was seen by Louise, who removed some wax and also drafted a letter to my GP. Amazing work between the sites.

Having previously experienced a total nightmare with another ear removal practitioner my experience at Aston was the polar opposite.Very professional and friendly staff were welcoming and very good at helping me relax prior to treatment.Rebecca,the practitioner was absolutely fantastic,caring , extremely efficient and obviously an expert in all aspects of ear wax removal.I am looking forward (!) to my 2nd visit next week to complete the removal of wax from my right ear.Highly recommend anybody nervous or worried about the process of ear wax removal.Thank you very much ,my hearing has already been transformed.! Brilliant service all round

I attended an appointment at the Princes Risborough Branch where I received a cheerful welcome from Jodie before being greeted by Louise who carried out my annual ear wax removal. Louise mentioned that 5 years had passed since my last Hearing Test and recommended I book an appointment soonest. I was heading in the Thame direction that afternoon and was able to secure an appointment at your branch there. On arrival your Receptionist welcomed me and introduced me to Holly for my Hearing Test. Holly conducted the test whilst explaining all aspects in great detail, concluding with her recommendation that I seriously consider Hearing Aids to improve a pronounced hearing loss. I was very impressed both with her breadth of knowledge and detailed explanations and came away from the appointment much better informed than when I arrived. As always, my visits to Aston Hearing were a pleasure rather than a chore! Steve O’Connell

My hearing has been in the hands of Aston Hearing for some 12+ years from the early days of solely wax removal to hearing tests and eventually hearing aids. I stumbled upon them as they were convenient being on my route to work. How fortunate I was! I credit them for not allowing my hearing to compromise
my life. My latest hearing aids are a technology masterpiece expertly and caringly prescribed by Hollie who is also a hearing aid wearer. Who better to advise on the many aspects of hearing and available hardware?

There is always a certain amount of trepidation when going for something like a hearing test. I need not have worried, Chloe immediately put me at my ease and took me through the whole process in a both professional and friendly manner. She explained how I would need to adjust to using my new hearing aids and explained the support from Aston Hearing going forward. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I attended the Princes Risborough (Saunderton) site for a hearing test with audiologist Chloe. She was very thorough and asked about all aspects of my hearing before doing the actual testing. She explained the results very clearly and highlighted a potential issue and referred me for an MRI scan before selecting and supplying an aid. I think this highlights the in-depth testing and ensuring all aspects have been checked out rather than just ‘selling’ a hearing aid.
Very impressed with such thoughtful treatment.
And…having the Grange restaurant on site too is an excellent addition to make the whole experience a pleasant one.!

My wife and I visited Aston Hearing at Saunderton, Hearing Dogs for the Deaf. As usual the service and treatment was excellent . The procedure was carried out very professionally by Louise, who explained each action very carefully and clearly.

I visited the Thame clinic recently for ear-wax removal following unsuccessful attempts to get my GP surgery to take an interest in my painful right ear. Cassie did a great job removing the wax but noticed an infection and possible bone abnormalities within the ear canal. She sent a referral to my GP asking the surgery to prescribe antibiotic spray for the infection and for an onward referral to ENT for investigation of the bone growth abnormalities.
The GP surgery clearly have great faith In Aston Hearing as they prescribed the antibiotic spray, which cleared the infection within 1 week, and referred me to ENT! Subsequently I've had an appointment with an ENT consultant, a CT scan on my ears and have an appointment for follow-up with the consultant to review the scan results.
All this has taken place in a short period of time due to the professionalism of Aston Hearing and their great patient follow-up. I cannot thank them enough and would certainly recommend them to anybody who is thinking about ear wax removal and/or the condition of their ears.

If you are having issues with your hearing I can thoroughly recommend Aston Hearing who provide a five star service. I have been a client for many years and attend the clinic at The Grange. My audiologist Chloe has recently provided me with a new set of re-chargeable hearing aids and took great care to ensure that they were comfortable and the sound quality was set at the correct level for me. This company are very professional and caring and Kieran on reception will always greet you with a friendly smile.

The receptionist was welcoming, Hollie (the audioligist) was very prompt, put me at ease, answered all my questions clearly, explained the 'cros' requirement and I am now proceeding with a hearing aid.

From first contact, I have had exceptional service. During my first conversation, they listened to the issues I was having with my (then) current hearing aids from another supplier and booked me in with Les in Amersham.
Les was extremely thorough and gave excellent advice in a professional but friendly manner. I have since bought new hearing aids from Aston Hearing, tailored to my requirements and preferences and the difference is like night and day. I have had a follow up after wearing them where Les fine tuned them based on my real world usage and my only regret is not going to them sooner.
