Cannot recommend skin and shape enough. I switched providers as felt I was not getting any support. Had a video call with Zuhra and she was just so lovely and very knowledgable and professional. I first come across Skin and Shape from a TikTok live. I asked questions in the live about MJ and this helped with my nerves and curiosity. I made an easy application online and got an instant response. On the live and responding to me was Zuhra. She is honestly the most lovely person. We had a video conversation and she listened and supported me. I placed my order and the next day it arrived. The support and care is there. I made an error on my next order, I emailed and in minutes I had a response and my error was rectified. I have never experienced such great customer service.
