Had the pleasure of this company today . Consumate professionals and very friendly especially Ryan. The work was completed on time and no charge as they accepted that there gad been a recurring issue with the item that was faulty. On the way back home the sat nav froze again and I had to drive back. They tried to help over the phone but it was easier to go back. Problem quickly identified and now works fine. They even gave us a lift to the Outlet centre rather than us having to walk.
So impressed with them I have asked for a quote for servicing next year

Returning customer, and whilst this 2nd order was relatively small, Aston Installations still treated my like a valued customer. The little free gift was a pleasant surprise.
Delivery was super quick and prices are very reasonable.
5 stars, I will definitely shop again.

If you are looking to add CarPlay to your Aston then this is the only place to go. James and Len having been doing things with Astons for over 10 years and this shows in the quality of their products and work. All done in an open and friendly customer foucus way. I recently had an outstanding experience with Leni and Aster Installations. A few days ago, I called and spoke with Lenny about an issue I was having with my CarPlay screen. Lenny was incredibly honest and transparent about the problems that were occurring with the unit, which I really appreciated.

Despite the busy schedule, Lenny was more than happy to help me. I asked if I could come in on Saturday, and he kindly agreed to replace the entire unit for me. While I was there, he also took the time to look at my faulty camera, which was an issue of my own making. His willingness to assist with that as well was truly above and beyond.

The level of customer service I received from Lenny and the team At Aston Installations was exceptional. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to resolving my issues. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of car installation or repair work.
