It Was amazing experience
The stuff was very friendly and helpful the service is very good but the only concern is the results for me will take 2 days I wished it could take lesser than that but it's fine and my experience was very good I will highly recommend your clinic to all my friends

Professional Staff and Excellent Quality of Services
Very easy to schedule the appointment, staff was responsive and answered all my questions. Once you are there the process is like 1 2 3, in and out and their prices are competitive and in line with the quality of services and overall customer service experience. I plan to use them in the future. I strongly recommend to those seeking similar experience.

Went for CT Scan. I arrived early, they asked me to go in and sit down and be comfortable. Very sincere and caring. Radiographer Tech, young lady super gentle & patient. Exhibited great bedside manners, kept me calm talked me through procedure. Kept assuring me that she’s there this being my first time. It was painless and pleasant.

Elite Package
Did the Elite Package and it was super quick, done within 10 minutes! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Will be back for other checkups in the future! The clinic itself was super clean as well!

Terrible service unable to provide…
Terrible service unable to provide report on time and tonne of excuses given. Requested express fees end up could not deliver. This is a norms for Singapore’s Medical professional such a shame !!

Service was fast and good. Female doctor was very patient. The clinic was clean and had hot and cold drinks, the hot drinks were especially useful as the clinic was a bit cold.

Highly recommend
Great service, nice clean premises, modern, Dr. Leonard Leng has a great personality, not just there to dispense medications but to get to the root cause, discuss options and even emailed me with some other ideas that were not connected to the clinic but might help, very impressed and felt at ease to discuss openly.

I had a really great experience at ATA Medical Clinic at Orchard. The staff were very efficient and professional, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I was especially impressed that I received my X-ray and TB test results on the same day—very fast and convenient!
