We placed an order on behalf of my father in law, who has ordered with this company a few times before online
My father in law was going to order by phone , but having seen their charges per minute , we had said we would do it online or he would end up paying an extortionate amount for ordering with this company which is absolutely scandalous.
However, following our order to them on 9th October, on 16th October our local evri courier was due to deliver the parcel.
But on the day it was due to be delivered we received an email from evri asking for us to contact them as they needed update on delivery address. After looking into this we were shocked to find that the parcel had been sent from overseas but they had written on the parcel only my father inaws name and the area in which he lives obviously here in UK. They had not addressed the parcel at all correctly as their was no house number, no road and and incorrect postcode. God knows how they managed to post this and it got through customs. So, we emailed the company and made a complaint. Their response was to blame the customer and had told us to go into the account details to update the address. When we went into the account details we found that my father in laws house no, road and rest of address was all there , the only thing that was not right was there was one letter incorrect on the postcode.
Its no wonder evri could not deliver the parcel having been sent out like this. We had of course spoken with evri to give them the correct address details.
We now find that due to the incompetence and shambolic Manor that atlasformen had sent the parcel that its with the couriers and the lady there is doing a fantastic job in watching this parcel as its stuck in system and not moved as was meant to, so she is monitoring this closely until its been delivered and has escalated the matter to the manager. We are finding that evri are extremely kind and helpful re this matter that was caused by atlasformen not being able to write a proper customers address on a customers parcel, that's caused the problems but atlasformen are very uncaring and dismissive of the incompetence their company had caused. Their attitude is of not our problem . Disgusting. We are now having to wait and hopefully the parcel will be delivered soon. But we give evri 5☆ plus as they are doing so much and are in constant contact with us regarding this matter so thank you evri your time and help is much appreciated. Unfortunately atlasformen were just not bothered the mistakes have been created by them , they are not bothered if the parcel arrives or not , there is no apology either . Whilst we appreciate this company is outside the UK we feel if they cannot address a customers parcel correctly then they should not be operating . This company needs to remember that its their customers that keep the company going and paying staff wages. So they should care about their customers. I feel we may of had issues before with this company and personally we do not like this company or the way or lack of their customer service.
So we now await on the parcel to hopefully be delivered shortly following the investigation and monitoring of it from the courier company

Still waiting for the refund from February that you replied to my last review saying it's been sent to bank account. Clearly hasn't and until Irene receives it I will continue to give you negative feedback. I've been to citizens advice and I'm considering taking this further. It may only be £44 but the stress you have put on a 85 year old lady is both disgusting and despicable. I would urge anyone to think twice about ordering from these rip off merchants . Blaming a change of bank account for a refund that should have been processed in February. The bank account was changed in April . I have rang numerous times since then . It s October for god sake . You just won't admit your in the wrong . Was promised a week ago it would be in the bank by end of week still nothing and I asked for a cheque rather than bank transfer as was advised by the bank as they also think this is disgusting

I know whether the articles I am purchasing are in stock, or not and also a rough delivery date.

Hi, l'm happy with Atlas for men, but gave 4 stars because l did a online order and didn't put in code somewhere for free gift and having autism l do well to order, even so sometimes l find things not easy.

Good Value, quality of goods, prompt delivery

Always great quality at great prices but had to return some items due to being on the large size despite checking Atlas's size guide before ordering. The delivery was also very slow. However I will still be a returning customer as quality is very good and prices amazing. Thank you.

Usually I get AFM deliveries on time and the clothing is good. My order number 70204110 was made on 12/10/26. Evri tracking says ‘expecting your parcel from AFM’ and gives the parcel weight details which means the parcel has been prepared by you but you have not despatched the order yet as of 19/10/26. Has the parcel been lost? I have emailed customer services. Please can you investigate this for me and resend the order. These items are for a birthday present. Thank you so much!
