ordered on telephone as problems with internet..but following this no email confirmation, nothing.. so had to ring 6 days later not an easy 'phone call but eventually success.. don't know why confirming email not sent.. employee atAtlas asked all sorts of ? irrelevant questions eventually got what we required hooray!

Not my order
Received an order notification for an order I had not placed. I was told it had been ‘ordered in error’, whatever that means, and they cancelled the order. I asked to have my account closed. I later logged in to my ‘closed’ account and found it working perfectly well, but with my name changed and a new delivery address entered that has nothing to do with me. This is not my definition of a closed account.

No refund
I ordered 3 items in August and 1 item was no longer available and your email of 17th August said the £13.99 cost would be refunded in a few days. This has not happened and your automatic response to me email said to go the my account online to contact you. I cannot gain access to my account and the wording indicates that there is no account against the email you have used, and the password is incorrect, which is untrue. I had a problem last year when I returned an item with all the correct paperwork, and the replacement only came through several weeks later after I had to telephone you. Products good, customer service very poor.

I love the items sold by Atlas for Men…
I love the items sold by Atlas for Men and buy for the men in my extended family for birthdays and Christmas. I think the styles are up to date, suitable for all ages. Very good materials My only complaint would be that it f one orders from a brochure as I do , one is at a disadvantage because I am told the items are offered online first and so there have been many occasions where I have been disappointed that events I wanted were sold out. You will find that customers you have for a long time , like me are buying from I’m a catalogue, who are probably older people and maybe you should consider them more carefully. Like have a percentage fur the postal orders because I order the same day it is delivered.

Wasteful free gifts
I have bought a lot of clothes from Atlas for Men over the last few years, and it's always been high quality and delivered in good time. So why only 3 stars? It's because of the "free" gifts they insist on including. Invariably, it's a piece of cheap, useless tat which no-one will ever use and which have to dispose of as non-recyclable waste. What an utter waste of resources! I guess Atlas for Men care nothing about the environment. Their clothes speak for themselves and they don't need to "sweeten" the deal, especially not when the rubbish they give away wastes resources and ultimately damages the environment. Please stop these "free" gifts - your stuff is good enough without them.
