Пользуюсь уже целый год и ни разу не подвели, не понимаю почему такие плохие отзывы! Регулярные скидки и отличная техподдержка.

I bought the email scraper and it is garbage. It crashes on my powerful Alienware Area 51 laptop at just 10 threads. The software is very heavy on the computer resources. The customer support is useless. Would not recommend. I am going to search for an alternative scraper.

The software are great, but avoid the SMS (doesn’t work - wasted our money!!!; the refund policy is a joke/spam)

They used to be good but now they are ripping customers off. I purchased a lifetime license for Atomic Email Hunter (August 2014) the software is working very poorly and require re-registration. Customer Service told me you expired your trials registering the software, you would rather purchase a new license with 40% discount.
Will never recommend Atompark to anyone anymore.

poor customer service software can not take emails from a site that had over 2000 emails. customer services are poor at best

Pack of greedy thieves. Bought this garbage software from these scammers. It has never worked properly. There is no customer service unless you are in the process of purchasing. Nothing but problems. The search filters do not work. If you use them, you get maybe 5 emails, then sometimes it will work and give you emails from everywhere, bar the country you want. I tried to talk to them on Facebook Messenger. All you get with 24 hours between replies is a question!! Never an answer to your question. I can't use any other words, they are scammers and smart arses. To top it off the thieves shut you out of the software you have paid for, with an upgrade fee dearer than the original price. There is no mention that there is a time limit when you are purchasing. In other words, you lose what you paid for. They hold you to ransom. Avoid these subhumans like the plague. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! if you want to waste time and money and suffer grief purchase their useless software. P.s when contacted them about this upgrade crap for $80.00 or I don't get to use the software anymore. And I did ask them politely by email, they blocked me. Pass this on to everyone. Don't let anyone get robbed by these Scammers. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS>

Смс не доходят, деньги возвращать отказываются.

Кошмарная компания. Служба поддержки , отправляет нах. Имя поменять нельзя, надо собрать куча бумажем чтобы написать имя своей компании в рассылки. Смс не доходят ни в самой дешевой рассылке ни в самой дорогой. Просто выкинутые деньги и время. Ни в коем случае не пользуйтесь.

Buggy software, terrible customer support. DO NOT BUY.

They do not honor their refund policy and their customer support is absolute garbage. I provided extensive screenshots of issues, software crashes, and explained in detail how they came to be. Their responses were nonsense and they will say stuff like "we test this on our side and it works fine". Customer support... ugh what a waste of time. I'm starting the chargeback process.

Ужаснейший сервис, точнее сказать никакого сервиса нет. НЕ рекомендую делать рассылку смс здесь. Из 227 смс, дошло только 97. Деньги сняли, как за 227 смс. На вопрос почему, как всегда ожидайте...Сколько ожидать? 48 часов и через 48 часов - НИЧЕГО! И самое главное мы ничего не знаем, это не мы, нам очень жаль, что Вы получили негативный опыт...БРЕД, КАК МОЖНО ВООБЩЕ ТАК РАБОТАТЬ????????

Самая ужасная биржа рассылки! Дикие цены на смс, и при этом, НЕТ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ подменять имя отправителя. Тех поддержка меня просто послала на три буквы.

Worked decently until 2 days ago when their tracking stopped working.

I keep contacting the customer support and yesterday they told me the error is on their side, but today, they acted like everything works fine on their end, asking me what's the error I receive.

When I mentioned I have the same error from yesterday and they were supposed to fix this in a few hours, I stopped receiving any replies even though they state they offer 24/7 support.

I have to provide full report to my clients about the mailing but I can't show anything while the tracking system is off.

This was a huge setback to my business so I can't help but give them a bad review.

I've downloaded the free trial version of the software so that I can give it a try. After using it for a couple of hours I decided that it will do the job I need it for - to collect some business-specific emails. So I purchased a license key for it.

It was time to do some real work and it is when the problems have started. As soon as you start getting into details on how to configure the software so search results are more accurate you will find a ton of bugs! In general, the software seems to work, but if you try to use some of its limited configuration options you will see that most of them do not work right and at the end, it turns that the software is useless. Of course, I tried to contact the support team and ask for assistance. Although, they have online chat I prefer to send support tickets as I know this makes it easier for them to carefully check the reported issues and reply back whenever they can. However, instead of answering my question they just wasted time by asking pointless questions - so 5 days past without any reasonable answer to any of my questions!

I had to ask for a refund! Like others who posted reviews here, my request was ignored. Not only they stopped replying to the support ticket, they even changed its status to Resolved!!! I am now starting a chargeback with 2checkout (payment processing company) and my card's bank issuer.

Very unethical company with underhand tactics. I bought a software, I was using it without any issues and yesterday, my licence key was disabled and I was told to upgrade by purchasing another licence. The company is simply extracting money from its clients using very underhand tactics. AVOID!

There software don't work, all a con, don't want to give refunds, if you want software that works go to another company, having problems getting refund, having to get Paypal involved, (Beware Once They Have Your Money You Wont Get A Refund) plenty of other honest businesses out there.

They are just fraud selling rubbish software. I am waiting for the refund but no answer. The only way is chat and online customer service is saying wait for refund manager.

There is no option to reply you in person. But the order number: 68375974. Let's see how quickly you can resolve it.
