Atomstack refuses to honor warranty
Atomstack laser was dead out of the box. Their customer service diagnosed it as a faulty mainboard. Despite being within the 12 month manufacturer warranty, they refused to replace the part. So, the chat customer service was ok, but ultimately they failed when they refused to honor their own warranty.

I brought a system the firmware was…
I brought a system the firmware was faulty so i tried to install another firmware the company will not replace the control board under warranty and will not give me the original firmware for the control board or a site i can download it. I spent around $4000 Australian dollars brought a fiber system and 85e table and a m100 and 40x40 table for the money i spent you think you would get service or replacement parts under warranty at least and Australia has a 12 month warranty law on all items electric sold to Australia. I will now only buy from atomstack.com as the .net are just authorised dealers.

Catherine, l'interlocutrice d'AtomStack est réactive, aimable et répond avec précision aux questions avant et après l'achat.
Malgré un déboire avec la société de livraison "Colis Privé" qui a perdu le colis (un grand classique chez Colis Privé), Catherine a été d'une grande aide, patiente et rassurante, elle a tout résolu.
On sent vraiment que la satisfaction client est essentielle chez AtomStack, gage d'une valeur sûre.
Un tel sérieux, une telle qualité, ça fait plaisir !

I would stay well clear of this company! They are absolutely horrible, no customer service, no reply to any mail, except to reply with tracking information that is wrong or irrelevant, no response to refund requests. I already had a bad experience with the company (terrible faulty machine with cheap plastic connectors and horrible cable management issues) but stupidly I ordered something else- A24- which just hasn't arrived and when I complained they sent me a link which shows the item was delivered in may 2022, not bad considering I ordered it in December 2023. And now they just don't answer any mail. Do yourselves a favour and avoid these cowboys!
Well' where do i start
Well' where do i start. I ordered R30 v2 module and an A10 pro to run the R30 v2 on it. after over a month i received it. What a load of rubbish the engineering of the A10 is cheap unsightly wiring, the cables are to short that connects to the controller there,s no where to fasten the cables on the x and y axis rails. The performance is rubbish not what i expected at all.
Now onto the R30 v2 module the only way this would engrave any metals was power at 100% and speed at 2 mm a minute, Maybe if i used it as a chisel it would engrave something. Forget customer service i have sent emails picture,s video,s they said we have sent you an returns label' so i printed it and packed the R30 v2 and posted it that was in october. So all together cost wise' i have spent just over 800 pounds with them. they don't want to Know!!! just fob you off with excuses. i own 2 x co2 lasers out preform this pile of s***e DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ATOMSTACK YOU WILL BE SCAMMED !!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY . Not worth the upset its been over six months i have had this issue, and still not resolved. Does anyone know if i can report them to trading standard and let them deal with it. Thanks for listening

I haven’t had any issues with any of the products. I did have a slight delay in shipping of the rotator it was out of stock but this was sorted out immediately by customer support. I haven’t had any issues with AtomStack.net customer support very professional very helpful.
I had issues installing the extensions on the first machine. Nothing to do with the product it’s self.. It was a me problem 😁 The support agent sent the relevant information to me with in hours.. very very good.
I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Ich habe für meinen Lasergravierer einen anderen Kopf bestellt, der für Metall besser geeignet ist. Bestellung Anfang Oktober, als Liefertermin war der 25. Oktober angegeben. Der Termin kam, aber die Ware nicht! Auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, daß das Teil in Europa nicht lagernd sei und aus China geliefert wird. Nach etwa 2 Wochen bekam ich eine Nachricht vom Zoll (!), daß eine Sendung für mich zu verzollen sei, Kosten von €126,42. Auf meine Anfrage bei Atomstack wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich möge die Rechnung begleichen, und ich würde das Geld nach Überprüfung wieder bekommen ( beim Bestellvorgang war keine Extragebühr für den Zoll angegeben!).
Ich habe das Teil erhalten, die Rechnung beglichen und seit dem reagiert Atomstack einfach nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten!
Ich hätte die Bewertung von Atomstack vorher ansehen sollen! Über 50% der Bewertungen nur 1Stern!!! Das sagt alles, für mich leider zu spät.
Auf jeden Fall nie mehr Atomstack!
Update: ich habe die Zollgebühr von Atomstack rückerstattet bekommen, dafür gibt es 2 Sterne dazu!

I will not lie. As a first time user of the service being in South Africa. I was a little scared. But the help and fast great service i experienced with them was something that put me so much at ease. I was in constant contact with a lady by the name of Catherine .... And trust me.... She made me feel relaxed and she helped me with so much patience. And i was really bombarding her with so many questions. Yet she always assisted me and answered me with utmost proffessionality. Thank you very much ATOMSTACK for an overall great experience. Will not be the last time i use your service.

I Ordered a Atomstack X30 laser Pro with an extention kit (and a lot more accessories) at "Atomstack EU".
First of all: I am very, very pleased with the quality of the products.
Second: I also very pleased with the services: the carrier damaged the package of my laser and send it back to Atomstack. I contacted Atomstack and they resend immediate a new one. OK, there is no customer service phone number, but the "on line chat, Whatsapp or email works well enough.
Third: I ordered 3 F3 working panels and Atomstack asked politely if this was a mistake or that I indeed wanted to order 3 pieces.

I bought a new AdamStack A5 M50 and yes it was easy to assemble and work great until on the first piece it started shuttering in the middle of the project. Sent customer support an email with the video and they suggested I had a bad controller board. That was three days ago, I have not heard nothing from them since that email... Please be aware of this problem...... I have five lasers so I understand good customer support and NO customer support...

I will say that they have terrible customer service! Ordered a 20W laser and Lightburn software key off their website. Well, the delivery time is not what they say on the website. They did not get it to me in days but rather weeks. Upon arrival I did not receive any information regarding the Lightburn key that I paid extra for. I promptly emailed the company and got an email telling me sorry but here is the link you have to order Lightburn software from for another $60 dollars. I emailed them back telling them I paid the upgraded price for the software and now all I get is crickets. Will have to pay $60 bucks now, reluctantly, but will never buy anything from Atomstack again and I hope this at least deters one potential buyer to look somewhere else for a laser. I ordered another 20W before this one got here and it was missing parts! Again, no assistance from the Company I trying to get these items replaced. Wish I could give “0” stars. Good luck with this Chinese company.
Poor product and customer service
Terrible customer service and poor quality product. On the website they say that the delivery takes 3-5 days. I was waiting nearly a month. The gives evading answers like they wouldn't even know what to tell you. The engraver itself is very flimsy and like for the hobbyist device (no use for professional purposes) way overpriced. For nearly the same price you can get much better Elegoo Phecda engraver. I do not recommend Atomstack.
Clear communication
They were having some issues shipping my order from their German warehouse. They kept me well informed and explained the alternatives. One alternative would involve import taxes, for which they would compensate by dropping the price a bit.
In the end they were able to ship everything from Germany after all, so that's great!
Quality and reliability.
I have been an Atomstack customer for over a year. The products are really reliable, and the technical support is responsive and understanding. I don't regret being an Atomstack customer and will stick with their products. Thanks to the whole team ! I highly recommend Atomstack.

Great laser, great quality. Excellent packed and delivery to Austria very fast! Unique customer service! All questions were immediately solved in a solution-oriented manner. Atomstack short change me
I tried to make a purchase of a high end laser unit from them.
They said they do not ship to my county. Sale was cancelled and the refund was paid short by $42.58.
After several back and forth messages to their rep Catherin i am still short that amount. I would not recomend buying from them ever. Worst experience i have had to deal with.
