Ottimo prodotto ma soprattutto ottima l’assistenza dello staff di atomstack molto gentili e competenti nello seguire dall’ordine alla spedizione e domande sul prodotto. Lo consiglio e consiglio di riferirsi sempre al sito ufficiale atomstack. Grazie ancora

I don’t agree even with one star.
Bought Atom Stack X-20 Pro laser engraver was in use less than two months, laser started making a vibrating noise and laser started going off the project left and right.
Finally laser stopped moving completely from left to right. I have been attempting to communicate via email or what’s app, only way they respond, when and if they respond. Same complaint video after video just so they can ware you down, hoping you will just get so frustrated you give up.
They demand you send your most expensive part the laser to them first and they will replace it DON’T AGREE to this you will more likely then not ever get a replacement and if you do it will be a refurbished part.
Since April I have spent over 1500 with this so called company.
Do your research, try if you can buy American or what ever country you live in and before you buy test them, try to call or make contact with their customer service.
I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Make and order, despate that engarver was NOT marked as SOLD OUT on they website after 2 days i got email that is out of stock and thay offer to upgrade to X7, i thing it was 25 Euro more or something, i agree and make new order after that send me my money back. After 2 days another email that X7 is out of stock and thay offer to upgrade to even more expensive one. Not this time!
Stay away from them as far as You can.

When you buy an Atomstack product, you can expect the following:
1. Very slow shipping times, I waited over one month for a shipment.
2. They will lie to about the delivery date
3. Poor support. If they answer you at all, theie answers have not been helpful at all. It was as it they did not know about the operation of their products.
4. If a part fails (my laser module on my X30 failed) they will put up obstacles and delays and do everything in their power not to send you a new part.
5. Confusing: there is an Atomstack.net and an Atomstack.com and I have no idea how they relate to one another. More importantly which provides product support and replacement parts.

I have only had a positive experience with the support. The response sometimes is slow, but I got my answers always.

They are helpful and go over and beyond to help.

I ordered their A20 Pro laser as refurbished from atomstack.com but that was really not what I received.

They had replaced the M100 130W / 20W optical laser module with a tiny laser that does not even fit on the machine.

Screen is missing

Accessories are missing.
Box received in terrible condition.

I think somebody just need some training in their refurbishment department.

BUT: I contacted support and had excellent outcome: They sent me brand new machine, it arrived within few days and all is in perfect order!

Their support has been top notch!

The support is by email only, and with every response they want you to give them another video that shows what you have already showed them a video of. All support is by email only, so If they are able to troubleshoot is could take months. This is a hobby for me and I don't have the time every day to work on these issues. Support understanding of English is poor at best, so don't expect to understand the reply they give you because they cannot speak in or write in English very well.

I ordered the new x30 pro and it showed delivery date of 1-15. Received an e-mail that it is coming from China and will ship out sometime this week (Jan 9th-13th) many e-mails to them to cancel order. Very hard to get to respond. If it is this hard to communicate before getting item it scares me to think how hard it will be to get service assistance. Still waiting after 2 days for refund response. Buyer beware.

I have (3) Atomstack s20 pro lasers. All have the dual air assist, and all have quit working. I have contacted Atomstack numerous time and they just give me the run around and refuse to help me. They wouldn't even give me the information if I wanted to buy the pumps separately. Love the lasers, but the air assists are junk!

SCAM - I was scammed as well. Package wasn't delivered. UPS scan shows package being sent back to them. They denied receiving it. Will not refund my money. Too many good companies out there with great equipment. Don't bother with this one.

Der bestellte A20 Pro war laut Angaben auf der Homepage "In Stock". Als mich direkt nach der Bestellung die E-Mail vom Kundenservice erreichte dass der Laser voraussichtlich erst in zwei Wochen im EU Lagerhaus eintrifft war ich nicht sonderlich erfreut. Gerade weil ich vor zwei Jahren durch so eine Masche gescammt wurde... Zum Glück hatte ich per PayPal bezahlt.

Der Bestellvorgang ist insgesamt gut gelaufen, allerdings gibt es einen Stern Abzug wegen falschen Angaben zu Lieferzeiten auf der Hompage.

I would like to share that I received an atomstack A5 M40 today, delivered for free to Norway from atomstack.net. It took 1 week from order was placed to delivered. Everything is correct and packaging materials are tip top. I had to pay 65€ customs when picking it up. Though, I'm happy to invest a handful to protect our domestic market. All in all, I have to give atomstack.net a thumbs up, despite the customs issue.

I highly do NOT recommend you buy from atomstack. 1 reason is the machines are flawed. 2 customers service/support is absolutely horrible. They will give you a complete run around and ask for photos and videos of your issues even after you just sent them exactly what they asked for. It is very frustrating because Nothing gets resolved and your stuck with a flawed machine. I'm very disappointed and they have lost me as a customer

I purchased the P7 M40 laser engraver/cutter from atomstack however a day after confirming my order they said they had run out of stock in the UK and would need to send it from China..... and that this would cost me an additional $80. Scandelous behaviour, i would not recommend purchasing from Atomstack.

I have been SCAMMED!!!!! I ordered the Atomstack Laser and Roller in June of 2022. I never received what I ordered. However, they did send me brakes and rotors that I did NOT order. I disputed this charge with the bank and Atomstack claims they delivered what I ordered. Now I am out $700. I have sent many emails to them asking them to send me what I ordered and to send me a label to send the brakes and rotors back. They are not responding. Stay away from this company (if you can call it that). SCAMMERS!!!!

Atomstack online advertised a free Fathers Day Gift of an ATOMSTACK R3 24W Automatic Rotary Roller For Laser Engraving Machine. I went ahead and made the purchase, and then emailed them to ask for confirmation that the Rotary Roller would be included...
