I gave one start because zero stars is not possible. I have been waiting 8 weeks to receive an arm brace for a broken arm. After emailing several times questioning deliver timeframe I was assured “the team” and “relevant department “ would be in touch to confirm delivery. After finally receiving shipping notification at week 2 I thought it might arrive and heal my arm, but no , here we are at week 8 and no brace. Good news is my arm is healed, but my wallet is still broken. I’ve asked several times for a refund but the “team” assure me it will arrive.
Bottom line is this a a company in India pretending to be Australian

I bought an ultrasound Physio treatment machine from Navafresh Australia recently. While the machine appears to be quite serviceable & seems quite a solid unit I was not fully impressed. The biggest problem was that it had a power plug for India - so not usable in Australia as is. Adaptors are rare for this plug. So the best option was to have an electrician attach an Australian power plug, which was an extra $22. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website etc that this (Indian) plug was attached. The instruction manual was some A5 size photocopies that had an extremely pale font that made them difficult to read. There is an ‘S/S’ switch mentioned in the instructions for on/off function but I cannot find that anywhere. Also the angle on the applicator head is different to the other units I have used over 35 years. It has an angle closer to 90• whereas most have a handle-to-head angle closer to 45• The price was good & delivery was after 5 days.

If you like dealing with idiots from O/S when items are heat affected then go ahead , this purchase was a huge nightmare , dealing with a different person each time with no results

Delivery was fast, communication great. I’m using the product to treat psoriasis on my scalp along with a topical corticosteroid. The results are much better using the two together.

I ordered 3kg of black soybeans from navafresh, an Australian company. After waiting for several weeks a poorly wrapped package arrived from India, due to the poor packaging(probably) aquis stuck their sticky fingers in and then charged the freight company $104 who expect me to reimburse them.
They had no right to put my name on the package, I purposely ordered from an Austalian company, this is a scam from a scam company.
