Navafresh are excellent communicators, and although my purchase was delayed by a long time, they kept me informed of progress. Also, they gave me a discount on next purchase so I will certainly be back for another order.

I ordered metatarsal cushions for approximately $100.00 which is very expensive for this type of item, however due to foot pain I didn't mind spending extra for what I thought must be a good product. I never received my product and when I contacted the company I was completely ignored.

Update: I got some decent customer service after I wrote this post but the metatarsal pads are completely useless. they are not even as good as the ones that cost $5.00 from the podiatrist. They are just a thin pit of foam and the stickiness by which is sticks to your sole disappears in one day. Do not waste your money on this. By the time you even try them you won't be able to return them because they will be used.

I bought Dr Berg Vitamin D supplement thinking I was getting a good price. I received the item a month and a half later...only to find the capsules and packaging had been tampered with. The capsules had been emptied and refilled with something else it was obviously not the original product (was able to compare it with the genuine product). DODGY and SCARY! Asked for a refund at which they refused, managed to get them to resend what I ordered...only to find these had also been tampered with. After that I gave up.

I have ordered an item a month ago . Estimated delivery was 2 wks , when I tracked the parcel after two weeks tracing says the product was first in New Delhi India and after two days it is in hariyana . When I have contacted the customer care , they have placed another order states the first product won’t be delivered and I am still waiting for the product haven’t received 3 wks after the second time order . They never offer you for. Refund and there is no guarantee that the product will be delivered. If it comes it comes . And I doubt how the quality going to be . Ordered it cz it says navafreshau . But they don’t have the credibility to keep up with the delivery . I have order many product from India and the longest time it took for any company was 2 wks . This is ridiculous

it'was great to find quality wounbd care produbts afor reasonable price. They are expensive since the product rates of high quality in it's field. the price is very fair considering the quality.

Customer support was prompt. I hadn’t realized the product was coming from overseas but it came in good time.

My wife purchased a product M&M biscuits x 240 from FRESHCART for $221 but was supplied a different product M&M choc bars x 24 valued at as per invoice $28.63. Company refuses to acknowledge that they sent the wrong product and refuse to refund us the difference. Salman Shaik is the person we are liaising with via email. We discovered that they operate out of a Virtual Office in Kent st Sydney. They appear to operate under another name, NAVAFRESH and "au.navafresh.com". I bought an sternal brace from NavaFresh. It arrived within a week and has made life so much easier for me! A broken sternum is a painful ordeal but the sternal brace holds my sternum so that I can walk without pain. It’s great 👍

Well I finally got my product in the mail and I'm very pleased with it, the only thing I have to complain about is the very poor feedback, I was blind and didn't know if I would ever get it especially when I was due to head to Queensland but I was lucky to have a good friend to hold it for me.
