Great product, hard to purchase locally, great delivery as it only took less than three weeks to arrive at my door - as l live on the other side of the world!

Only thing wrong was when I went back into site to buy Imari
perfume to go with the cream it came up no product so I had to order else where .

5 star because when I emailed an enquiry regarding a problem tracking the parcel, the customer service delivered by Salman was above what I needed. It was refreshing, and restored some of the faith I've lost over the years in customer service in general. The issue was with the courier's website NOT Ninth Avenue. My only criticism is product does not come from Australia and website calls themselves Australian. This impacted my decision to order from you, but was later advised product would arrive later than I needed. Therefore I had to be a local alternative.

I received my product and it was packed quite well. The lotion smells so good and its texture is perfect. Will definitely buy the product again

I love this hair oil, after leaving it for 10 hours then washing it out with shampoo and conditioner my hair is so silky and soft. My hair hasn't been like this for years, I highly recommend it. Such a lovely product so if you want lovely smooth and silky hair I say its a must to have for your next treatment.

I received what I ordered in the time expected. A little pricey but when you can’t get this product in Australia this is the best option.

My product was delivered 67 days after ordering and did not work. Of course this meant I was outside of the 10 day return policy.
I was told my expectations of the product were too high and that nothing could be done.
