This company is a complete joke. My order never arrived, and when I contacted them, they blamed the shipping company instead of taking any responsibility. I’ve been waiting 28 days for my items with no resolution.

I really wish I had read the previous reviews before placing my order.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Parcel has never turned up, if you email you will just get a generic email response, there are a few, but they soon start repeating. Now still fighting to get my money back. Appalling service.

Like all other reviews this website is a con! DO NOT USE.
They advertise wonderful looking items on Facebook.
I ordered 3 tops, they arrived and their sizing is incorrect.
They refuse to acknowledge that this is not true to size. The tops were supposed to be a UK 18 and they’re more like a 14.
They refuse to refund. I’ve tried a bank chargeback and because I paid through PayPal as a guest I have to go through them! I dont have an account with PayPal and i can’t dispute it via email as they don’t advertise a contact us email address!
As others have stated you’ll be offered £2 refund then a £4 but the item is of no use. I can send back to them in china at my expense- I don’t think so you can artists.
I will not give up on getting my refund, I will get it through my bank eventually as these Chinese are trying to take over the world in supplying cheap crap to folk and taking our money. Again please heed advice and DO NOT buy regardless of how lovely the items look in their adverts.

Never ever buy from Audienceg. The customer service stinks.
I ordered a pack of 3 bras for £14.99 and they are no use for me as they do not fit. The straps are too short- not stretchy and cannot be positioned over the bust.
I asked for a refund and they first insulted me by offering £2 refund and suggested I sell them on. I said no- as not fit for purpose. They then offered me £4. I still said no- I requested a full refund. To date I have been told only £4 they will offer me.
I have never dealt with a company that has a problematic returns system.
Do NOT buy from this outlet.

I have read lots of other negative reviews on this company too. I am going to take them to the media next.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful experience. Ordered from a .co.uk website, only when order was finalised did it become apparent the items were coming from America. When they eventually arrived they were total tat and did not resemble the size ordered. Contacted them to return and they offered me a £3 refund to keep. Refused as they didn't fit so why would I keep them. Then told me it would be too expensive for me to return them as I'd have to send them to China. Pointed out the return address on the package was about 10 miles from my home, they kept insisting they had to be retuned to China. They have now stopped answering my emails. DO NOT TOUCH this company.

When I placed my order from FB ad my bank immediately flagged this up and called me. The amount differed from order and my credit card was then blocked for the transaction and cancelled by bank, to be replaced. I sent an email saying cancel order. I was then sent numerous discounts to continue with order, which I ignored. I removed item from basket and now I am being told it has been shipped, with a link I have not used. Annoying I fell into this.

Terrible company, firstly they hid their name when order placed, so under the impression that a different company was involved. Goods when they eventually arrived were not too bad, although not as advertised. Delivery appalling as package was just dumped in my garden, even though small enough to put through letter box. When complained, comments totally ignored. Do not have anything to do with this company.

I bought an item from this company and got a cheap rubbish one and definitely not as advertised and doesn't work correctly either. I asked for a refund and was offered £2 which was later upped to £3
I asked for a full refund as it was not as advertised and was told I could get a full refund if I paid out of my own pocket for the shipping to China. When I ordered the item I was led to believe it was coming from the USA. That I presume is why it took weeks to get here.
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered two items for £30, received a different item altogether. They asked for pictures and checked the picking & delivery codes and insisted I had the right item! Warned me that return postage would be high as they are in fact based in China, not USA as advertised. Offered a £2 refund as a gesture of goodwill 🤬

ZERO stars for this scam company. Charged much more than invoice and even though I ordered the correct size according to their size guide, items are at least 2 sizes too small. When contacted regarding a refund they said they had sent the size I ordered, the items are well made (they're not!) and refused to give me a refund telling me to give them to someone!!! Will be contacting Trading Standards and my credit card company in the morning. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. My date with a book arrived after nearly a month! As someone else has said the book is 1 chapters from a book called 'The last song).
Nothing like the video I watched on Facebook. Facebook should be checking these so called companies!

Would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered a half barrel shelf, pictures looked very good. Actual product is a diy thing that looks nothing like the one advertised. Avoid this company

Ordered 2 blind date with a book, only 1 arrived, the book was more like a leaflet, the actual book is about 200 pages, what I received only had 19 and ends mid sentence, they said this was correct.....not worth the money

Not sure why title says Very Happy, I am VERY UNHAPPY !!Appalling service. I ordered two calendars which were poor quality. I asked for a refund saying that I was happy to pay for return shipping. Little did I know at that time that they were a sham company. Wish I had read these reviews earlier. I've been offered a £4 refund which I've refused. Told them that I am entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Act 2015 and that I will report them to Trading Standards. Let's see what happens, they don't seem overly concerned !! AVOID 🤬🤬

Wish I'd have read reviews before ordering 3 heart hands complete rubbish product not as advertised cheaply made would be embarrassed to give them as gifts, tried to return but got nowhere with customer service do not buy from this company total scam. Deserves 0 stars.

Just received my parcel today after ordering it about 2 months ago . Absolutely rubbish..ordered the heart holding hands which is definitely not hand made from wood and the hand heart statue which definitely wasn't hand carved ..false advertising by this company ..Do not buy!!

When trying to get in touch it's impossible
The item is not as described and they look cheap and nasty 😒 I would be ashamed to give these as a present

The items are shocking and not as described. Look cheap and tacky. No way were these hand made

What is more bizarre is that the items (holding hands) were apparently tracked from America and when they arrived had a Bolton address from delivery!!!
