Order 2 jumpsuits end of june thinking they'd arrive before Aug holiday - no chance! Took 6 weeks to arrive, poor quality fabric, bad sizing. Way too short in the body and I'm not a giant at 5ft7 size uk 16/18.
Avoid. Not even going to waste my time asking for a refund.

I ordered a jumper, it’s taken 6 weeks and still no help but around 25+ emails later and they still can’t help! They also charged me more than the amount agreed at check out - I lost patience today and now have a refund after contacting my bank. They can chase the ‘parcel’ now if it even exists.

I wish I’d come on here first instead of trusting the clearly fake reviews on their site (I posted my own one star review on there but unsurprisingly it isn’t showing). I too was overcharged more than the cost of the items and 6 weeks later I still have no goods. Their customer service is atrocious. It’s a complete scam company that should not be allowed to trade here nor advertise on social media.

Don’t order from them. Took over a month to arrive. Then when it arrived the sizing is so bad - not too small or too big but cut badly so fits in places and not in others. I asked to return and the response was - “why doesn’t it fit, we sell lots of these so reconsider your first instinct. gift it to a friend otherwise you will have to pay too much to return. DONT USE! They shouldn’t be allowed to trade in this country. I am going to investigate this with trading standards.

Do not order from this company, order has failed to arrive, no way of tracking it and not replying to messages or emails. Scammers!!

when i first ordered they over charged me , which they did refund now it looks like it is a scam as its been about a month not replying to emails and no order .worked in logistics for a long time and when they said there is no way to track my order or control when it arrives i new then it was a scam .As a company you must know how much stock you have how much is sold and when its shipped and in what amounts you have left so my own fault i guess hope someone reads this before making the mistake of placing an order

Although they first replied when I asked where my order was saying they can't control the speed of the shipment, now they are not replying to my messages. I think this is a scam and I'm not sure if they are now using a different name to sell. If its genuine and I receive my goods I'm happy to remove this review

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
The quality of fabrics is incredibly poor and they refuse returns/refunds.
The Consumers Rights Act 2015 means absolutely nothing to them.
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, saying that, they are clearly not bothered by the negative reviews either!

This company took £5.43 extra from my bank account. I wish i had read the reviews before parting with my money, i wouldn't recommend using this company.

Must admit that I recieved my order, but when I wanted to change the size (what was changed after I made order from S to M) what they send incorrect (still send suze S) they refused and told that has send me the right order.
Also check your bank account after paying since they changed me £5 extra and the same happened to my friend.
So wouldn't suggest to order from there, very poor customer service, with no help.
