The tests were all executed exactly as she described. Donna’s review of the results and her recommendations were highly professional, and her passion for the science is clear. Reminder of appointment. Lovely welcome on arrival from receptionist Pamela. Great to see Donna, the hearing aid specialist, and exchange personal news prior to hearing assessment. Starting with listening to my observations regarding my hearing, Donna carried out an absolutely thorough examination of my ears and hearing capacity. Adjustments were made to my hearing aids according to the findings. All in all a very friendly, professional, reassuring experience.

I went to Hidden Hearing in Altrincham for a hearing test, Antony conducted my appointment and all the tests. He was professional, kind and did a great job of ruling out all possible causes. Although it turns out there was nothing wrong with my hearing and I felt as I had wasted his time, he was very reassuring that it was better to have gone for the tests. If I have issues in the future, I will certainly return.

I had my annual review recently with Carol Anne from Aberdeen and as usual she was very professional and addressed any concerns that I had about my hearing and hearing aids. I have always had excellent attention from Hidden Hearing since I got Hearing Aids 10 years ago.

Friendly staff, no rush, excellent product and service. If you have any problems they will be resolved quickly.
