I was tested by Yejide on April 18. The method was totally different from my first test made an ear specialist some years back. The information that illustrated the diagram I was shown made me understand the level of my hearing loss. That was the reason I decided to take a loan to buy the device though I am a pensioner.

I accompanied my husband on his initial visit to Hidden Hearing, Bexleyheath branch. The Audiologist, Yejide, provided a wonderful service. She was very professional and thorough, explaining everything she was doing in a friendly way to both of us as I had to participate in the testing of my husband's hearing. The appointment culminated in the purchase of hearing aids which have proved to be 'life changing'. My husband had a review the following week, also conducted in the most professional and friendly way by Yejide and has not looked back. We both highly recommend Hidden Hearing, Bexleyheath as the local place to go if you feel you have any hearing problems.

As I get older I want a hassle free experience whatever trader I choose. I have known Hidden Hearing for a long time. Ever reliable, professional and friendly service. And from my experience hassle free of course !

Explained everything clearly and through every step.

The clinics at Bromley and Bexleyheath were both welcoming and clean, face masks were available if needed and the use of alcohol hand rub was encouraged.
Jess was friendly and professional and communicated very well. She explained the procedure clearly and kept me informed of what was she was doing throughout the two appointments that I needed. She also clearly gave me aftercare instructions and recommendations.
I had been recommended to make an appointment with Hidden Hearing and am really glad that I did as Jess resolved my problem and in my turn I would recommend them.

Had hearing loss in one ear from a wax build up. Got an appointment to see Jane in Bexleyheath. She examined my ears and in fact there was a heavy was build up in both ears. Jane explained the procedure and did an excellent job in removing the wax. Managed to get it removed in a single visit and that was no easy task. So, my hearing restored in a pain free and very effective procedure. Full marks to Jane.
