I had excellent service from Jamie regarding a problematic hearing aid. Swift returned call, same day consultation my local Newport centre, and a speedy resolution to the problem. Thanks! I’d definitely recommend Hidden Hearing.

Service was the best.

As I was having to increase the volume on the TV, I made an appointment to see David, in Cardiff. I was very sceptical that I would need hearing aids. However, David explained the results of the test in great detail, and now, after using my aids for the last two weeks, I realise how far my hearing had deteriorated. I can't thank David, and Hidden Hearing enough for their professional

If you have any worries about your hearing, David, at Hidden hearing in Cardiff will give you the attention, information and help you require. Always has time to listen, advise and and give the appropriate solution. I have always received good service from them.

The great care taken. The professional approach. The reassurance of all aspects of the procedure. Possible downsides and how they will be taken care of, if they happen. What usually happens during the procedure, what to expect and how long it will take. And what follows afterwards. I was very impressed with JK, and her expertise. Overall a pleasant experience after being apprehensive.

Dave delivered excellent customer service , showed consideration and understanding and clearly explained in full detail my hearing aid use and functionality. He was patient with me (I am 91) and answered all questions I raised. He took time to show me how to input into my ears and took great time to ensure I had the right version of hearing aid with the best fit for me. The office were excellent too , ensuring I was advised of my due appts and Agela always keep her promise to send needed batteries and hearing aid ends.

Attended my appointment today at Cardiff office for my routine check up was welcomed by the lovely receptionist Angela who is always happy and courteous and can’t do enough to help my audiologist David is very helpful as always explains everything in detail and willing to answer any questions without hesitation the both members of staff are a credit to your company and always at the end of the phone if u have any problems keep up the good work guys many thanks Roddy Hughes

Very pleased with response to lost aid. Insurance is essential and overall woth it.

Always get great welcome and the best service from reception through to hearing test and aid service.

SO FAR I'VE ONLY USED THE 2 HEARING AIDS FOR 1 DAY, SO UNTIL I'VE WORN THEM FOR A MONTH OR TWO I CAN'T GIVE YOU 5 STARS, HOPEFULLY BY THEN I WILL.

As always, everyone was very helpful. I was seen on time and everything was ok with my hearing aids.
