What an excellent service
What an excellent service. My ear felt blocked, my hearing was impaired so I booked a hearing test. All staff were so professional including a very helpful receptionist called Teresa.
The audiologist referred me into Jan (Derby) for wax removal. Jan was excellent, reassuring and removed the wax. It didn't hurt and my hearing is now so much better. Would definitely recommend this service.

I had a buid up of wax in my ear that…
I had a buid up of wax in my ear that was making my life a misery with tinnitus and a feeling of blocked sinuses , Had it removed pain free and a hearing test . The best money I have ever spent the discomfort and tinitus gone and my hearing back brilliant would recommend to anyone Jan at Derby was fantastic thanks so much

The best money I have ever spent
The best money I have ever spent. I had been really struggling with blocked ears for almost two weeks, putting in olive oil and hoping the problem would go away. Finally I phoned Hidden Hearing, Derby and was given a same day appointment. The technician who dealt with me was excellent. She explained the procedure and alleviated my concerns. The procedure was painless and the result unbelievable. Thank you to Hidden Hearing Derby.

My hearing aids needed repair but cannot
My hearing aids needed repair and I am tole that the parts no longer exist so cant be repaired. I am now told that I have to pay for a new pair despite having one plan insurance cover.

The person who I saw was very helpful
The person who I saw was very helpful. I believe her name was Amandeep Kaur (if I have spelt it wrong please give her my apologies)
She gave me a thorough ear test and asked if I had a smart phone to put the app on. I don't have a smart phone but my wife has so she put the app on hers.
I cannot praise he highly enough.
