The Oban clinic is welcoming, the appointment was on time which is always a good start. The hearing test was explained clearly as were the results. Help was given with updating the App and helpful instructions on the new pages. An enjoyable visit.

Many thanks to Gordon Bruce for sorting out my problem. My hearing aids stopped working on the night of Friday 22nd December, Hidden Hearing had by this time closed for their Xmas holidays. I managed to contact Gordon Bruce via social media and he kindly agreed to see me on Sunday morning (Christmas Eve) and he sorted my hearing aids out, I can now hear again!!! Merry Christmas! As a guest to your country I had the most outstanding service, when my hearing aid needed a new cord.
Had to send it to Glasgow via mail, as no shop nearby; all went very fast and with no further expenses for me for the spare part needed.
I got it back with good wishes from the staff - a big thank you to them!

This stellar business merits more than the 5 stars I can give it! My hearing aid charger stopped working in Glasgow; having brought it from the U.S., I doubted a replacement for my brand could be found, much less that same day, as I was scheduled to depart the next day for further travels in Scotland. I called an audiologist who referred me to Hidden Hearing, and Sheila wonderfully came to my aid, calling me back quickly, providing a loaner (!) and even a prepaid envelope with which to mail it back before my return to the U.S. As anyone with hearing loss can understand, this saved my vacation. Cordial, professional and understanding, this is what a business should aspire to be. Thank you, Hidden Hearing and Sheila!

Made welcome and at ease initially I didn’t think there was anything available to help with my hearing after attending the NHS who informed hearing aids would not improve my hearing after attending hidden hearing this provide not to be the case I now have two hearing aids which have certainly made a vast improvement well done hidden hearing

Allstaff are very helpful and polite when visiting clinic.Make you feel comfortable.And no problem when you ask questions.

This was a second appointment to rectify issues caused as a consequence of an annual review at another location in my home city 3 weeks earlier. The person I saw - I'll just give his name as Gordon - was helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. He pointed out that some attachments that had been placed on my hearing aids at the previous appointment had been wrongly affixed ('the wrong way round') and corrected this. He changed the size of the domes, finding a size that fitted much more comfortably (the very thing I had sought to have corrected at the previous visit), updated the app using my smartphone and made all-round improvements to my hearing experience.

In the days leading up to both appointments, I received a barrage of telephone calls - eventually my partner called back to ask that they desist. She did not accompany me to this second appointment, despite an assertion that her attendance was required and, as had been the case 2.5 weeks earlier, her presence would have been unnecessary. This part of Hidden Hearing's procedures urgently needs to be reviewed. But apart from that, my second visit in less than 3 weeks more than made up for the disappointment and frustration of the first. My thanks to Gordon for his efforts.
