I had right ear cleaned but would have rather had bother cleaned at the same time as there was a bit wax in left ear only one cleaned staff very nice

The Lady who assisted and tested my hearing was totally charming and polite. She explained things professionally to me as we were going along with my hearing tests. Afterwards; with regards to the outcome of my hearing test results, she further explained the basic theory about my results, also in a professional manner that I understood.
She definitely receives a big thumbs up from me 😊

Annette based in Hull was very professional, thorough and friendly throughout the appointment. She was on her own working with no receptionist so had the door locked and the door sensor with her. She remained calm throughout and was excellent doing both jobs.

Had to wait over 3 weeks for replacement hearing aid. Also had to wait over10 minutes outside shop due to door being locked.

Friendly welcoming staff. Nice cup of tea offered. Thorough run through of medical questions. Could not do the hearing test due to both my ears being full of wax. Instructions given on how to soften and appointment made for the wax removal.

The lady was very nice and understanding. Everything was explained as we went through the test, making everything helpful and easy to understand.

We were seen by Annetta at the hearing centre in Hull UK. The service given was outstanding as my wife and I have complex issues. The respect shown and the time taken meant we were able to view all our options. I am 84 years of age and my wife is 79. This staff member was outstanding and the reception were also kid and helpful. If you compare that with our government with its incompetent clowns, the wrong people are in power
