Today I had my ear wax removed by Mandy and she didn't fall short of making the experience as smooth and calming as she could. She answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. Ben Rogers your hearing aid dispenser was very professional in his approach to assisting me in choosing a hearing aid, providing me lots of tests and information, he made me feel very relaxed in the way he presented a hearing test ,explaining each part in layman's terms.

From meeting Grace the receptionist & Mandy the gear care practitioner I felt comfortable and found the whole experience very professional. They were polite and caring in every way. Professional and friendly greeting by receptionist on arrival for appointment. Mandy, the ear care practitioner was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and I felt reassured and at ease. Mandy’s expertise and patience were much appreciated as was the state of the art equipment. Another family member is hoping to book an appointment for the same procedure and follow up.
