I have been struggling with blocked ears and muffled hearing, had ear wax removal done today by a very professional ear care practitioner who explained everything properly, I was at ease the whole time and most of all removed all of the wax, my hearing is back 😀

I came into the practise today to get my left ear wax removed, i greated by the receptionist when i walked it who was very kind offering a drink of tea,coffee or water and spoke go me about why i was here.

Then i was greated mandy and chloe in the other room there i was seated, they was very polite and told me everything what is going to happen in detail so i knew full well what was going, once the procedure was happening both of the girls kept asking if i was ok l, once the procedure was done they showed me before and after videos and pictures, i was definitely amazed of the result and i cant thank them both for helping me with my ear problem

I would highly recommend the practise to anyone who had the same issue i had because they was very friendly

A brilliant hearing test, everything was explained as we went along and I was told at the end specifically what sort of hearing aids I need and why. Unfortunately at well over 3 grand it's out of my price range.

Over the moon, with the service from the team at hidden hearing Hull!! I did actually shop around, and these were a little more expensive, but the service and the after-care I have received has been literally above & beyond. Do not touch this company with two barge poles tied together! What they don’t tell you is that Hidden Hearing and Oticom (the hearing aids that they sell) are both owned by the same Danish company. The aids are very expensive compared with their competitors. Just a gang of rip-off merchants.

Sophie the audiologist was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She was very kind and patient.

I had great experience as soon as I walked In I was met with a lovely receptionist who had great smile very pleasant offered me a hot drink made me feel very warm welcome. My appointment was on time where I was met with another lovely young lady called Sophie also very pleasant had lovely smile. She took me into the office clinic offered me seat and drink. She explained that it was all been recorded for training purposes. I told Sophie about problem with my ears. She was Fantastic talked me through everything what the procedure was about the machine she was using also about any possible complications. Totally amazing she was really careful and soft using the sucking machine in my ear talking to me always as she was removing my ear wax made me feel very comfortable. The good bye was also very pleasant thanks to Sophie and all the staff at Hidden Hearing you was all amazing great experience and I would use and recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone

Sophie at the Hull branch was very helpful and friendly and explained in detail about the ear issues of loss of hearing and what would help me. A definite place to go if you have a hearing problem.

All the staff were more than helpful,they were concise with there information and a pleasure to deal with

I visited the Hull store and could not fault the service. I received a courtesy call beforehand to confirm my appointment which was a good job really as I thought I’d booked my hearing test with Boots……but so glad I didn’t. The level of service at Hidden Hearing was 5 star.
Upon arrival I was made a cup of tea and then shown straight through to my appointment. I was put at ease throughout my appointment and the staff were so friendly. Everything was explained to me in a way that I’d understand. I was given some tips for rectifying little issues but no other issues and hearing is fine (always said it was the husband with the issue not me and guess I have proof of that now). Would highly recommend Hidden Hearing, especially if it’s your first hearing test like me as they really do look after you.

I visited the hidden hearing branch in hull on the 20th of October 2022. The young lady Sophie Was very professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. I returned the next day for the fitting of my hearing aids. At last I can now hear clearly, I would recommend hidden hearing for your hearing needs.

Sophie, you have no idea just how much you have made my life better today. I can hear footsteps, birds, things people take for granted. Like lots of people you think there are things you got wrong or could have done better, today was one thing you got so right, thank you so so much. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone. Customer service, first class. I got hearing aids that were tailored to my needs and the difference is amazing. Try hidden hearing, you will not be disappointed I promise.
