I have had dealings with Luisa and Emily at Hidden Hearing in Margate and always find them to be extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly, always on hand to sort out any problems that may arise. Would definitely recommend.

Had wax removal with Tasha it took a few attempts but she was so paitent an caring an I finally feel like I can hear again. Emily on Reception was super helpful and friendly making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. I’ll be recommending to all

This was the most
detailed and competent hearing test I've ever had. All explained really well and I ended up hearing better than I have in many years - with hearing aids that actually fit my ears!

I went to the Margate, Kent branch I have used before for micro suction as I am unable to get appointments on the NHS due to backlogs. Tasha was very kind and understanding. She removed the wax and explained everything clearly. She even offered to write to ENT to try to get them to do something about my ongoing problems. I have always found hidden hearing professional and helpful.

Margate Branch.Tasha stepped in when the branches regular removal expert was unavailable. A very personable young lady, who gave excellent pain free treatment. Which gave me back my usual quality of hearing. Thank you.

A visit to Hidden Hearing was my first action in connection with my poor hearing. I made an appointment and was welcomed at the hearing test by receptionist & audiologist, and was taken to a small office for the test, a thorough & comprehensive one I thought. Every part fully explained. After test & trials everything was explained and constant opportunity for questions. Thinking time now, Thank You.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendly treatment received from Louisa and her team. All my questions were answered fully. The after care received is very reassuring especially as I had not realised my hearing was beginning to deteriorate.

Friendly, helpful, caring, informative, I very much liked being addressed by name when arriving , oh and the aids make such a difference.

Margate Branch ...Went for wax removal from both ears Was made to feel that I was in safe hands and every thing was explained fully. Any fears or concerns I had just vanished . Was very happy with treatment recieved . Rachel was a star. Friendly , professional and caring .My hearing now is excellent . Never realised how loud and noisy my vacumn cleaner was . Now hearing sounds I never heard before. Use to have television volume at 70.. It's now down to 45.
I did not realise how bad my hearing was before having wax removed.

I visited Hidden Hearing for wax removal : the first ear-the right one-presented few problems for technician Rachel and it was soon cleared. The other ear proved a different matter: the wax inside was so dense and impacted that a return visit in the new year to complete the job was looking a distinct possibility. However Rachel's skill, ingenuity and dogged perseverance culminated in the removal of the hard, unfeasibly large lump of wax which had been giving me such discomfort. The whole procedure was supported by video evidence and a running commentary. Gratitude to Rachel for refusing to be outdone and- by going the extra mile- sending me home with an early Christmas present .Thanks.

The experience was fine but your two years out of date I purchased it ages ago. You do not check on your own computer data. The hearing aid is good and the staff.

Saw Rachel in Margate last week to remove some wax from both ears, my left in particular. I had some wax that was stuck to the left eardrum and I'd been having a blocked ear, some ringing (louder) and bloated ear feeling, as well as some vertigo. I am 51.

I used Earol for slightly more than the five-seven days. Margate was available quicker than Canterbury so I travelled. Needed it done.

Rachel was thorough, explained everything clearly to me and thankfully everything wax came out. Felt immediately better for it. The wax needed some additional assistance to fizz away from my eardrum.

It is now a week later and my left ear can now hear the clock tick again, so since the wax removal, my hearing has improved. My ear is less ringing atm anyway (it varies) and so far, no more vertigo.

I think left ear is lower in range than right generally. I have a hearing test booked for next week in Canterbury.

My two clocks make a good reference for how clear my left ear is. Before last week, sound was tinnier and the tick was nothing. I need my left for phone work - I hear with my right and listen to myself with my left.

If you have wax build up, it certainly is worth getting it cleared periodically. Shall be using the Earol weekly from the evening today (15/12), after my shift.

The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. I came away with better hearing than I've had for years. It was very satisfying to see the before and after shots of my ears.

My visit to the Margate shop was a treat, the lady on reception made both my partner and I welcome and made us a coffee.
Then we met Rosie, the lady in charge of testing my hearing, Rosie was patient and explained all the different procedures of which there were many, this lady is fantastic at her job,
Unfortunately at this present moment in time the cost of the hearing aids far exceeds my budget and I have decided to hold back on any decision at the present time.
