My visit to the Margate shop was a treat, the lady on reception made both my partner and I welcome and made us a coffee.
Then we met Rosie, the lady in charge of testing my hearing, Rosie was patient and explained all the different procedures of which there were many, this lady is fantastic at her job,
Unfortunately at this present moment in time the cost of the hearing aids far exceeds my budget and I have decided to hold back on any decision at the present time.

To much hard sale must get you to buy hearing aids.

I visited Margate branch and had my ear wax removed by Justine who was very helpful and professional she explained everything that she did and was very gentle and kind would recommend to anyone wow couldn't believe she removed all of that wax :) couldn't do one ear today so have made another appointment to go back in 2 weeks time which will be free

Customer service, care and charisma, Justine at the Hidden Hearing Margate office had it all. She single handily defeated, destroyed and detached the wax from both my ears, the only D word left to talk about is the lack of deafness I now have! Thanks again Justine, you've worked a miracle.

Five star service from Justine and Lucy.
And i can now hear again.
If I have any ear problems in the future, HH will be my first place to call.

Had my appointment for syringing today all the staff are really nice it's so nice to hear nicer than j was able to before and would be more than happy to pay for this kind of bliss again

On both occasions, hearing test and wax removal, the treatment was thorough and professional.

Our Audiologist was patient, friendly and unrushed, explaining the testing procedure and the results clearly, to me and my husband. Then took time to show me how to use my hearing aids.
I felt reassured, knowing that if I had any queries once home, I could contact Hidden Hearing.
Follow up appointments were uncomplicated.

Visited the margate branch for an ear wax removal, was extremely friendly and welcoming service and justice and lhucy made me feel very comfortable.

I was supporting a friend with learning disabilities. The service was excellent and caring. The procedure was explained and questions answered in a caring manner. I would highly recommend this service as it has improved the quality of hearing and gave confidence to the individual.

My first time having ear wax removal. The whole experience was pleasant and painfree. After walking out of the branch I noticed a greater clarity in my hearing. Justine carried out the procedure in a friendly and professional manner and I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Had appointment today at Hidden Hearing Margate where both receptionist and especially the Ear Care Practitioner Jane were both welcoming and professional, explaining every step of what was about to happen, and showing the results thereof. Would recommend.

Jane at margate helped me with my blocked ear. She was very helpful at explaining what was going to happen as I've never had this done before.
Jane performed the removal of the blocked ear wax and was extremely professional at doing so thank you Jane for giving me my hearing back.

The problem I had with my hearing was resolved by Jane at Hidden Hearing. She carefully explained the process of ear wax removal and carried it in a friendly but professional way.

Excellent experience and service by Jane who performed and advised on my father's ear wax removal and also the receptionist who gave advice and cleaned my father's hearing aid. They also checked my father's hearing after the procedure

I had ear wax removal at the Margate branch. I was in safe hands with Jane who explained the whole process before hand. She was friendly and professional, and the whole process was so quick and painless I wish I'd done it sooner...hearing restored!
