Diane was very informative and knowledgeable about the ear wax removal process and how this would affect my hearing, she made me feel relaxed and able to ask questions as this was my first time. Booked in for a hearing test with Ben as well...will be back next year for a check up

Today I went to pick up some "domes" and "wax filters" from HH at Norwich. When I bought my hearing aids they only had 4 of each to give me and promised to supply them.
I met the most obnoxious people at the Norwich shop I have ever come across, when I explained I wasn't given any when I bought my "aids" the guy said when you buy a car you don't get free petrol.
They reluctantly gave me one pack of each, so I'm still short of what `i should have been given in the first place. Do not use this outlet or possibly this company!

Went to Hidden hearing in Norwich yesterday without an appointment suffering with total hearing loss due to wax in both my ears. Diane Dorr manage to fit me in and was kind enough to treat me immediately. She’s an amazing caring and lovely lady. I highly recommend her.

I had an appointment for wax removal as NHS no longer performing this procedure. The Ear Care practitioner,Diane Dorr, first seen at Norwich and then at Sheringham, was very competent. She explained exactly what she was doing, and I was very happy with the results.

I was made to feel so welcome on arrival and Diane Dorr the Ear care practitioner came through to introduction her self. I was talken through the procedure of what was going to happen whilst I was there, very happy with the outcome on my 1st visit as I had my hearing back in my right ear. 2nd visit the same a week later. Staff were bubble and very friendly and would recommend to any.

Today I had an ear wax removal appointment at the Norwich branch of Hidden Hearing. Diane Dorr was kind, efficient and reassuring. She explained the procedure, dealt with my queries and gave information about aftercare. A very positive experience.
