Staff were very helpful. Everything was explained fully. I would have given 5 stars but I could hear talking through the wall when I was doing the test.

Mixed feelings.
My hearing test was terminated due to wax in my ear. My fault. However it was a little disappointing that I could not have my ears dewaxed while I was there.

The staff were excellent the testing was very professional but the booking system was poor we had to confirm our booking three times and still only had one of the two booked appointments the staff were great and we managed to get both checked as I need an earwax removal

Updated hearing - Good results

Highly recommended!
Gavin was both experienced and informative and made me feel at ease throughout the whole hearing test, analysis and product explanation process. I didn’t realise just how much my hearing could be improved with the most up to date hearing aids. Highly recommended!
