Twice I went to Hidden Hearing about my £2000+ hearing aids not working . the third time I went they wanted to charge me £350 to fix them. i'm off to the NHS now.

The Staff in the Perth branch, were most helpful, kind & considerate. Explained everything clearly and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with hearing issues.

Very thorough and detailed audio test. Everything explained clearly. Results easy to see on-screen.

I felt everything ( removing wax) was carefully and thoroughly done as well as being thoroughly explained to me. The mini hearing test was helpful too.

I have only praise for Kerry Goodman at the Perth branch of Hidden Hearing. Kerry explained procedures in a very clear and professional manner ensuring that I knew exactly what was to happen. I felt in safe hands throughout the procedure.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Perth today because my hearing aid had stopped working. I am on holiday so hoped to see someone who could find the problem and put it right so I could enjoy the remainder of my holiday. I was not disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The audiologist really went the extra mile to find out the cause and very efficiently put it right. Wonderful service.

I had micro-suction ear wax removal done by Kerry Goodman at HH, Mill Street, Perth. I was very anxious about the procedure, but Kerry put me at ease straight away by fully explaining in advance how the process works. She was super-professional, and was unphased when my ear wax 'thing' proved stubborn! Kerry persevered and kept me calm throughout. I am very grateful to Kerry and happy to be excess-wax free! Thank you.

Had a great experience yesterday when I had my ear wax removed at Hidden Hearing in Perth. Andy was professional, friendly and explained everything thoroughly and carefully. Would definitely recommend getting it done as my world is now back to normal again - I can hear and I no longer feel as if I'm under water!

I was recommended to try Hidden Hearing in Perth for ear wax removal and I took my Sister there to get her ears cleaned out , brilliant service and very friendly and reassuring throughout the process and Kerry Goodmen who did the removal is a credit to the facility

I got called for a hearing check and to get the hearing aids adjusted if needed. As always the test was carried out very professionally and the results were explained to me. There was no change in my hearing so no modification to the ear pieces was required. Daniel went on to explain the developments with the rechargable batteries and the options available to me. A very satisfactory process and one that gives me confidence for the future.

I have been with Hidden Hearing for many years and think it is better now than ever. I cannot commend Daniel enough at the Perth Branch who has always been there for me whenever I have had difficulties.
