Solved my hearing problem. Both ears now fine

Although I seem to get a different audiologist every time, they are always kind, sympathetic and caring.

A lovely friendly experience, advice given as to next steps and clear explanation of the process before it was completed. Super - would recommend them to anyone who might need a hearing test.

Helena was so lovely and explained everything really clearly to me. Going to Hidden Hearing was one of the few times I’ve been spoken to by a medical professional as if I’m an actual human so I really appreciated this a lot. The service was brilliant and quick, I had a wax removal. I was shown before and after pictures and even given a hearing test at the end. Would recommend these to anyone.

Underwent ear wax removal at Hidden Hearing in Stafford today. A bit apprehensive at first but Helena was friendly and professional, explaining everything fully.

I went to Hiden Hearing in Stafford. Michelle & Umar were great. Michelle was professional & friendly upon my arrival. Umar took me through to the examining room & explained the workings of the ear & the tests that he would carry out. Umar was very thorough, gentle & listened to my concerns. He carried out various tests & concluded that my hearing was overall very good. I have an appointment for 12 months time to check for any changes.
I am really pleased with the overall experience. *****

This was my second time with Hidden Hearing Stafford having attended 18 months ago very successfully they removed all wax carefully & totally painfree! Wonderful team especially Helena on this occasion who was kind, friendly & very professional throughout my treatment!
