My first hearing test in a very long time and Steph was brilliant. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well. Would highly recommend

As usual, Stephanie (Wolverhampton Branch) was ultra efficient and friendly. Hopefully she has fixed the problem I had, so far, (apt just two days ago) I think so.

Great service
Myself and my wife went to the Wolverhampton branch for a hearing test, all the staff were friendly and very professional. My father has also used Hidden Hearing in another branch and was very impressed with the service and they actually supplied him with a hearing aid that does what it's supposed to unlike a previous company.

Life changers
From the moment that I entered the premises, I was treated with friendly, efficient service. My examination was very thorough and most professional. The results of the tests were explained to me in a very concise way and the advice given was clear and fully explained. I purchased the recomended hearing aids which were then set up according to my needs and I left the premises wearing them. The results of the tests showed me to be bordering on the profoundly deaf on some tones and music, which is a large part of my life was just a horrible sound. Since wearing the new hearing aids I can hear clearly now and I can listen to my music played through the aids which is just magnificent. My experience has been a life changer and I cannot thank the staff at Hidden Hearing enough for all their care and professionalism shown to me. Thank you most sincerely.

Six Monthly Check up.
Due to traffic holdups I was 20minutes late arriving. I explained the by phone en-route and the secretary thanked me for ringing and I would be ok if I came in.
On arrival I was advised of the Covid rules and the ophthalmologist also thanked me for letting them know I was late and carried out the scheduled 6 monthly tests. The test was thorough and also included a service of my aids.
I was advised that my hearing had not deteriorated and I should carry on with my normal ways.
All in all , I am impressed with service I received and would recommend hidden hearing at Wolverhampton.
