Purchased a couple of hi fi separates from this company. Their descriptions are accurate and the prices good. Fast delivery and extremely well packed. Thought I had a problem with one item ( actually turns out it was my error!) they were very quick to get back to me to assist with the problem which was reassuring. Definitely will use them again.

So easy! Quote came through super quick and after I had arranged for a collection (again super easy and FREE!!) it took only 2 days for them to pay me - I will definitely use these guys again and would thoroughly recommend them.

Really good service, filled in the form to get a quote for my speakers, accepted the offer and sent them off. I was a little nervous because I had sent my speakers to the unknown, but all was good they tested the speakers and sent the agreed amount in the quote. 5* without a doubt, would recommend to any other people who are a little apprehensive like I was.

The process, for selling my 'old' Pioneer HiFi equipment, described on the Audio Traders website, seemed very straightforward.
With nothing to lose, I detailed my items and asked for a quote.
The offer received seemed very reasonable, however, as I live in Northern Ireland, I presumed there'd be a 'catch' - but there wasn't!
Collection was arranged (by Auto Trader) from ParcelForce - I just had to securely parcel things up.
I then was advised by AT that one of my items didn't work properly, so the offer price for it was reduced to a 'spares' value. I was still happy to accept the revised total and received the payment shortly after. Can't fault this service!

Got a great product (Roland EV5 effect pedal) at a great price, well packaged and delivered promptly...what's not to like?!
Albeit pedal is second-hand it looked and tested like new. Ordering process was simple and straightforward. First stop for me for anything AV in future.

I purchased a large keyboard from them. I was happy with the price, the free delivery, the fact that the product matched their description and the 30 day warranty. I liked the fact that they were willing to do a special for me (factory reset) at no extra cost and when they were unable to achieve this they gave me a discount. Their price was better than ebay prices and I felt much more comfortable buying from them rather than ebay because they are a legitimate business, they take responsibilty for delivery and I had the assurance of the 30 day warranty if any problems occured. My only criticism is I couldn't find a way to talk to them on the phone. All my issues were sorted by email but it often took a day to respond and a phone call would have been much more efficient. Overall I was impressed and am more than happy to proceed with selling some equipment through them.

Found Audio Traders when looking for a buyer for a spare pair of speakers. They gave a quote quite quickly, which probably didn’t match what I could have achieved from a private buyer, but given that they would have to sell them on and that I would be relieved of the hassle of a private sale I considered was fair. The speakers were collected within a few days, passed their tests and the agreed amount paid into my bank account the next day. All in all a straightforward and satisfactory experience.
