Florence up down lights faulty
Bought 3 of the Florence up down lights February 2024. During this winter 1 started working intermittently, tried changing bulbs with no change. Managed to check the wiring this month after the bad weather had stopped and all ok. Phoned Auraglow to arrange a replacement and explained the checks made but they wouldn't replace as we contacted them 3 weeks after the warranty period, when it failed during the warranty period. Will be replacing the whole set with better products and customer service, not Auraglow.

Good value!
It is strange when the most advantageous part of buying an item is the fact that the instruction sheet is understandable! The actual product shows fairly good quality considering the cost. The use of the lights has already proved to be everything the advert stated. I would certainly recommend the lights to anyone.

A great exterior light for your front door
This light is a smart addition to the entrance to your home. The PIR works well and ensures you can access your home easily when returning on a dark night and that you can see nighttime visitors arriving when you are already at home. The dusk til dawn setting is also useful for evenings when you prefer to keep the light illuminated all night.
The only downside is slightly restricted space for wiring within the back box but with careful wiring this limitation can be overcome.

Very smart outdoor light
Very smart outdoor light. Looks contemporary and bought at a great price. Not put on the wall yet as it is for my new build house that should be ready to move into in a few weeks. Will send a pic later. Quick delivery!

Love the pir cabinet lights
Love the pir cabinet lights. They really elevate the cupboard spaces. Love the way they gradually light up once activated. Easy to fit. Great charging cradle. Easy to order. Quick and free delivery. Will likely buy another set as I just want them everywhere now👍
