The light looks well made,
The light looks well made,
my only disappointment was with the motion pir design being white on a black light and sticking out a lot.
Time will tell on reliability as I haven't fitted the light yet.

I ordered two lights from Auraglow. I received them quickly and one was working perfectly but the other had a fault. I contacted the company and they have been super keen to sort out my problem. I am very impressed with their excellent customer service.

Good company
Very quick delivery.
I’ve had a couple of products from Auraglow now, and they work well. Impressed with the solar lights so far, they charge up enough even on a gloomy day to give a few hours’ light in the evenings.

I bought one stripe for a double…
I bought one stripe for a double wardrobe, was impressed ordered two more sets.
2 days later the first set fell down lost their stick.
I now have two sets unopened, hoping to send back.

This is a fantastic niche company
This is a fantastic niche company, with products to match. I bought a 1 metre strip with LED lights. The description on the website was totally accurate, and the product is excellent, with very clear simple instructions on fitting it.
Service was excellent and delivery was prompt. So, guess what? I've just bought another one!! Thank you.

Beware what you order if not sure correct
Ordered two outside lights and from website all looked good. Turns out that was the best part, lights inferior quality compared to ones now purchased from competitor. Cheap plastic, poor design and also turns out poor product specification description on website. Called and advised wanted to return them advised would send an email and to follow instructions. This involves printing off a label yourself, then paying for the postage £9.65 all for the pleasure of then getting no acknowledgement that refund on the way. I had to send an email to see what happening then get a refund of 0.62p one day and then the balance the next. Will never use again as an online seller expecting customers to pay for any returns really not a great experience.

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our Returns process. Kindly note that unwanted items (as is the case with your order) need to be returned at customers' cost, this applies with most companies when a customer simply changes his mind and the item is not faulty. We would also like to point out that we offer free Royal Mail delivery on all orders, regardless of their value.
With regards to your double refund - this was an error by our Returns department and we apologise for that most sincerely. However, we can assure you that the error was caught immediately and the second refund was processed within a minute of the first, not next day.

Great Customer Service
To order the item directly from Supplier Online was easy and straightforward process to follow. Immediate confirmation of order and invoice received. Item arrived next day and was packaged well. On opening item there was a bracket and one wall plug missing. Contacted company Customer Service, they could not be more apologetic. They asked for photos of item to be sent, which was done. The next working day, email received apologising again, saying please dispose of delivered item and a Refund or Replacement would be dispatched. Asked for replacement as needed to put light up urgently. Item arrived complete this time the next day. Thank you for great customer service. It is a good quality product for the price, simple to fit to wall and appears to work very well. How long it lasts for being outside on the house wall, given the UK weather being thrown at it 24/7, I don’t know, but it seems to be on sturdy construction. Very pleased overall.

Fantastic lights
Extremely pleased with the lights. They give out a lovely warm glow. I have put one in my bathroom and one in the kitchen and I now don’t have to switch on the lights in the evening. Recommended by a friend, so glad I got them. Delivery was so quick too.

Great company and product
Extremely good service very efficient. I have purchased these lights previously and find them very good. Safe at night as they are motion sensor wireless table lights. I use them in my hall and ensuite bathroom. Also cheap to run as battery operated. Excellent delivery from order date fast.
