Die Steine sind viel viel kleiner als angegeben. Ebenfalls die Metallringe. Die Gesamtlänge entspricht fast der Hälfte, der angegebenen Länge.
Als Antwort kamen nur hochnäsige Ausreden, nach unzähligen Mails und bis mit dem Konsumentenschutz gedroht wurde, gabs dann einen Teil zurück.

Fast einen Monat Versand. Das Ding is utopisch klein. Finger weg! Absolut enttäuschend!!! So sinnlos. Kommt bestimmt aus China dieser dreck!!!!

I ordered 2 of the hanging chakras on the 15th December 2025. Got a deal thought I would try and hopefully get them. I got them after Christmas as it was to take 5-10days but it took a little longer which I understood.
When I received my package it only had one hanging chakra. So I emailed and eventually about 2/3days someone got back to me. Saying they wanted a photo of the item and the packaging. So I did that then they said the appropriate people will get back to me. Im still waiting that was around new years day.
I definitely wouldn't recommend and I definitely won't use you again.

Betrüger seit ihr!!! Ich habe das Teil bestellt und es viel kleiner als angegeben.
4,5cm ringe statt 8cm, 37cm Länge statt
60cm und die Steine nicht mal ansatzweise 250g.
Absolute Frechheit.
Retoure geht nur auf eigene kosten in höhe von 21€ nach NY.
Finger weg für alle die das Teil wollen. Das was ihr seht, bekommt ihr nicht!!!

Bought in Uk. Item did arrive but took 31 days. The issue i mainly have that the item does not look like the pictures advertised. It is a lot smaller, different colour and the crystals are not the same. The company is being obstructive when I am trying to return. Dont think I will get a refund.... avoid!

Received order after a month of waiting! It’s a load rubbish and not at all as represented on the website. Don’t buy this!!

Ich habe die Lieferung nun nach einem Monat!!! bekommen.
Mich überzeigen die Steine für den Preis nicht. Ich vermute, dass sie nicht echt sind. Ich kann es jedoch nicht prüfen.

The company website states "Delivered within 5 to 7 business days" yet I'm still awaiting the order I placed nearly 3 weeks ago.
The company website states "24/7 Support" yet only automated emails are sent.Send 3 times email
Customer Satisfaction" yet this is the only real review I could find online so this should really state "100% Customer Dissatisfaction".
I'll update this review should the order ever arrive.

Update 26th December: my order placed 18 working days ago failed to materialise in time for Christmas. The supplier is refusing to refund me.
